Dos minutos a pie de la playa y restaurantes.

A solo unos pasos del agua y más de 10 restaurantes, disfruta de nuestro condominio de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños en Imperial Beach, una "ciudad tranquila" y uno de los secretos mejor guardados de San Diego. Capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente + sofá cama. Ideal para retiros familiares o grupos de amigos para relajarse, descansar y dar largos paseos por la playa. Las tarifas se basan en 8 personas; agregue $ 10. 00 por noche, por persona adicional (cargos adicionales para la novena y décima persona)

4 baños de BR / 3 caben cómodamente 8 en colchones y ropa de cama de primera calidad, más uno en el sofá y uno en la otomana. Recientemente instalamos un aire acondicionado a principios de junio de 2019. BR Master en planta principal tiene cal rey cama, vista al mar balcón, bar TV / sonido, ventilador, puertas de espejo del armario. Arriba, Master BR tiene cama, escritorio y TV. Ocean View Room cuenta con cama de matrimonio, y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales con cama nido debajo. Cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina, lavavajillas, nevera grande. Contador de cena + barra de mostrador en la cocina. Barbacoa de gas en el balcón de la fachada. Condo es muy amplio y luminoso.

La unidad está en el segundo y tercer piso del edificio. No hay ascensor. El tercer piso tiene el dormitorio principal más grande. Entrada de la puerta del frente de la calle y entrada trasera a través de la puerta del garaje tiene escaleras al piso principal.
Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la casa y garaje. La sala de almacenamiento en la tercera planta está fuera de límites.
Cocina: nevera grande con máquina de hielo y dispensador de agua, estufa de gas, microondas, lavavajillas. Ollas, sartenes, utensilios, cristalería incluidos. Barbacoa de gas proporcionada en el balcón.

Aparcamiento: Un garaje un coche compacto (aunque tuve un parque de invitados un Range Rover), un espacio adicional en la calzada. Aparcamiento en la calle también está disponible. Lavadora y secadora ubicada en el garaje.

Fabulous location and host. Felipe was easy to contact and available. The property was spacious, many of available accommodations to include snacks and k-cups. There’s a nook in one of the bedrooms which made it easy for me to work away from the common space. Steps away from the beach. And cute eateries nearby. I definitely recommend this property. Great location by the beach!

The house was beautiful and very clean. I love that right outside the door is the beach that we were able to walk to the pier from. The house was so cute and very spacious. It has everything we could ever want during our stay. Felipe was very responsive to our requests and took care of us during our stay.

Awesome place to visit

We were impressed with the cleanliness and overall accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and beach towels/toys for my whole family. We would love to go back there again!

Excellent property!

We do a lot of VRBO's, and this one was one of our favorites. Very well appointed, had everything we needed and then some. Great location! Beautiful, quiet little spot south of San Diego. Beautiful beach. Just great all around! Highly recommend!

Beach area condo.

We were very pleased with the condo, it was exactly as it was described with great resources and can only be described as fully complete for your stay. The neighborhood and surroundings offer choices of bars and restaurants to suit. The whole of our experience was top notch, from the owner working with us on shipping some products over early for a meeting we were attending to the content and quality of the condo. Great experience and would use again.

Fabulous

An impressively equipped home which includes everything that you could possibly want during your stay. The host responded rapidly to messages and was concerned that we had everything we needed. He was helpful in allowing a slightly later check out as well as leaving thorough instructions about how to operate the appliances etc. The house is well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It is in an ideal position on the seafront in IB and includes a garage. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely time with old friends at the beach

The owners were highly organized, communicating quickly. The house is a great set up for spending time with friends and family cooking and enjoying the beach and San Diego. The house is well equipped. There were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. A welcoming touch.

A great getaway for the family!

We were extremely happy with our VRBO! The owner was communicative and helpful. The home was clean and well stocked. We were provided with a baby pack-n-play and a high chair. There were beach toys, beach chairs, basketballs (for the court nearby) and boogie boards provided in the garage. The location of the unit was ideal...just steps away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return again!

Bliss as the Beach

We had 8 wonderful nights in this townhome. Right at the beach and plenty to do around the little town to keep you happy. The townhome is well taken care of and includes extras such as paper products, shampoo and conditioner, spices, extra blankets and towels. We did not want for anything. The Farmer's Market on Friday afternoon was delightful. We even drove to the outlets at the border. Largest outlet mall I've ever seen. Easy drive to Coronado, San Diego Balboa Park, SeaWorld, Safari Park. Thank You Felipe for your calls and texts to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to return here!!!

Amazing stay in Imperial Beach

My sister and I took our 3 teenage children to Imperial Beach. This was our VRBO rental What a great experience!! The whole process of renting a VRBO was so easy. Felipe was great! He was very responsive. He gave us advise on where to and where not to eat, grocery stores nearby and even gave us brochures on a college we were touring. The house had everything we could have needed. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, large kitchen and a fabulous location. You could see and hear the ocean from the house. It is just a walk outside the door and you’re on a pathway that leads right to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. A few things we enjoyed about Imperial Beach: The beach and pier. Mike Hess’s Biergarden- great tacos, good beer. Coronado Brewing company- good food and beer, great happy hour. Sea 180- Great food, View, and happy hour. Luigi’s pizza-Great pizza and you can order by the slice. All of these places are within a few blocks from the house. We walked everywhere. We felt very comfortable and safe where we stayed. Past reviews mentioned the bar across the street being noisy. We had no problems with this. We were very fortunate to have found this property. Felipe was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile!!

Fantastic Stay at Imperial Beach Condo

From the initial decision to book this condo until the time we checked out we could not have been more pleased. The condo was immaculately clean and tidy. The floor plan is extremely efficient. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well designed with plenty of paper towels, plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. All the beds were comfortable. The washer / dryer in the garage are huge and the location is beautiful. There is a wide diversity of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We loved going to Katies Cafe which is only about 20 steps away from the front door. Great breakfast and bruch food, smoothies, etc. with plenty of room inside and out to sit and relax. Very cozy, beachy place with friendly staff. Three of us never felt cramped with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of towels, washcloths and handsoap. The garage can fit a medium sized vehicle and there is another space just outside the garage that can also be used. The street parking is not too congested so there are usually extra spaces there too. The balconies were great. We really enjoyed hanging out on them, especially the one just off the living room overlooking the main street. You can see / hear the beach and watch all the action down below. The beach is only a few steps away with a pier you can walk down only about 1/4 mile down the beach. There is a small takeout seafood / bar at the end of the pier. We saw many people fishing off the pier the night we walked it. Please note that there is a pub / bar across the street on the north side of the condo. At night it can be a little noisy with some of their guests. It really didn't bother me but one of our roommates said he was woken up a couple of times by some louder than usual voices at 12-1AM. I asked him if he would stay here again and he said..."Absolutely", so it really depends on how sensitive you are to late night, occasional, boisterous voices. Fortunately, they are not above, below or directly adjacent to you because they are across a wide, quiet street and down 1 level. I consider this a small issue, considering all the other positive aspects to this property. Do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You'll love it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a wonderful weekend for our family of 10. Lots of room to spread out. What my grandchildren wanted was the beach. They loved it. Our rental had many fun beach toys for the kids to play with. It was the perfect getaway.

Wonderful location, quiet, fun home

We rented location for lodging for our company retreat. We felt bad we couldn't have spent more time actually at the home. The home owner was so great and very helpful. My wife and I look forward to returning with our family soon so we can relax and take full advantage of this great place. The only thing that I would just make sure a renter was aware of was the stairs. Everything is on the second and third floors. This wasnt a problem at all for our group but if you had an elderly person or someone with certian disabilities, it would be a challenge. All in all we are VERY happy with our stay.

Incredible location, great condo, fantastic neighborhood!

Imperial Beech was not at the top of our list when we started looking, but what a great secret this location is - close to Coronado Island, but also with easy access into the city. The beech was amazing, clean, and quiet, while the neighborhood was an absolute treasure of inexpensive and good food. The people were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back and easy. Our host was attentive and cordial, and worked to resolve our concerns.

Hello! My name is Felipe, my wife and co-host is Ana Gabriela. I moved to San Diego in 1988, met the love of my life, who was born and raised in this beautiful and eclectic region. We raised our two daughters here. One of them became a California State lifeguard. We take pleasure in exploring the many things that San Diego has to offer. We've seen the city evolve, and love its extensive culinary offers, breweries, and wineries; its natural treasures - beaches, parks, mountains; its cultural scene - music venues, museums, theater, and its proximity to Mexico. Growing up, our parents could not afford to take us on vacations, so it is extra special to make it possible for families to enjoy our beautiful city! We strive to provide our guests with a wonderful and memorable experience.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

IB chose us. My lovely wife’s family moved here in 1981. We love the fact that many people walk the streets, the pier and the beach. We absolutely love the sunsets – whether it's sunny, overcast or cloudy. We are always amazed how the beach and the estuary reserve transform during the king tides, which happen a few times in the year.
Imperial Beach is the "Most Southwesterly City in the U.S." We love our easy-going, carefree beach town, where you can experience amazing sunsets and long unobstructed walks on the beach and the historic IB Pier. You can bike (or skate) the Bayshore Bikeway, San Diego's 24-mile bike route. There is an eclectic mix of restaurants and breweries withing walking distance and a few miles away in Coronado.
Unfortunately, the county of San Diego has issued notices to avoid water contact for several beaches throughout San Diego due to pollution, especially in the South Bay. The Imperial Beach shoreline has been closed to water contact since ~December 2021, although some still decide to surf and swim at times. Guests should check/google “sdbeachinfo” for status on all of San Diego beaches.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is one of the few in the area with 4 bedrooms (4 beds – K, K, Q, Q) which makes for a more comfortable vacation, and 3 full bathrooms, with ample amenities such that guests just focus on what they want to do vs what they need to bring… all at an affordable price just steps from the beach. Again, please note the beach near our unit has been closed to water contact for the most part since December 2021. Near by Silver Strand (10mins) and Coronado (15mins) beaches are open but can also be impacted, thus do check/google "sdbeachinfo".
