Welcome to The Waterwheel Oasis @ Black Pearl Lodge, tucked within our charming multi-unit beachfront property on Dyes Inlet. This spacious suite offers the perfect mix of privacy and shared coastal charm — ideal for guests seeking peace, connection, and the easy rhythm of life by the water.
Inside:
This thoughtfully designed suite features a bright, open living room with comfortable seating and waterfront views, a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, and a kitchenette stocked with essentials for light cooking. Step out onto your private patio to enjoy morning coffee, gentle sea breezes, or golden-hour sunsets over the bay.
Outside:
Guests enjoy access to all shared Black Pearl Lodge amenities, including:
-A beachside fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars
-Multiple outdoor seating areas for lounging or dining
-Private beach access with kayaks, paddleboards, and provided life vests for safe water adventures
-A private pickleball court, open and ready for play — final paint and finishing touches coming in spring

The Experience
The Waterwheel Oasis captures the spirit of the Pacific Northwest: unhurried, welcoming, and full of natural beauty. From sunrise kayaking to fireside evenings, every moment here feels like a return to what matters most.
Guests have access to all of our resort-like amenities, including multiple patios, a beachside fire pit, and a privately accessed beach with kayaks and paddleboards. While these spaces are shared, your suite includes a private entrance, a peaceful patio, and your own designated parking spot away from the street, offering a sense of seclusion and ease throughout your stay.
Guests will have direct interaction with the owners and their family, who live on the property and are often nearby. We love getting to know our guests and are here to offer a curated, personalized experience. We also fully respect your space. Interaction is based on whatever makes you feel most comfortable, whether that’s a quick hello or a deeper connection during your stay.
The property located in the peaceful neighborhood of Chico in Bremerton, Washington. Surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, the property offers a tranquil setting just a steps away from the shores of Dyes Inlet, and a short drive to the Hood Canal, Olympic mountains or ferry terminal for a day trip into Seattle.
From here, you can easily access the downtown areas of Bremerton, Silverdale and Poulsbo, where you`ll find plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking in the Olympics.
Getting around the neighborhood is easy with your own vehicle. Parking is available for guests right on the property. And if you want to explore the area without driving, there are ride-sharing services available in the area and bike paths. The Washington state ferry terminal is 7.4 miles from the house, making access to downtown Seattle a breeze!
A starter supply of coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials is provided in the kitchenette.
The unit includes a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming and staying connected.
The property is surrounded by Pacific Northwest wildlife. You may spot bald eagles, herons, otters, seals, sea lions, deer, and even the special occurrence of orcas passing through Dyes Inlet. Keep your eyes open, there’s always something beautiful to see.

If your group exceeds that number, an additional fee of $50 per night per guest will apply.

Our beachfront property includes several shared amenities for all guests to enjoy. Please help us keep these spaces safe and welcoming:
🌊 Beach & Bulkhead Area
• Includes a fire pit, BBQ grill, and lounge space.
• Be courteous and share the space fairly.
• Clean up after yourself and dispose of trash.
• Use caution when grilling or using the fire pit—never leave it unattended.
• Keep noise low during early mornings and evenings.
🛶 Paddleboards & Kayaks
• Do not drag boards over rocks – they puncture easily.
• Store carefully so the fins don’t break.
• Return all equipment to the bulkhead after use—tides shift quickly.
• Lost or damaged gear will be billed at replacement value.
🌊 Water Safety
• No lifeguard on duty – enter at your own risk
• Life vests are required for all swimming, paddleboard and kayak use
• If using the floating dock, please lift the ladder when you`re done
🏓 Pickleball Court (Coming August 2025!)
• Court hours: 8am–8pm.
• Reserve your court time with the host.
• Paddles and balls are provided.
• Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.
• Play respectfully—this is a shared amenity for all guests.
• Signage and details will be posted once the court opens.
