Hoyochi Nikko A Quaint Oceanfront Retreat in Maui

Hoyochi Nikko 202

This two-bedroom unit features a master bedroom on the main level with a king-size bed and a spiral staircase leading to a large lofted second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The unit is tastefully decorated with many custom features, and high vaulted ceilings add to the spaciousness and enjoyment of the living room and loft. The master bedroom is air-conditioned. All units are fully equipped with Cable TV, a washer/dryer, a hair dryer, furnished kitchens, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

We do not take reservations more than a year prior to the inquiry date as a courtesy to our annual visitors.

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of marine life. For those who prefer to stay dry, a submarine tour offers a glimpse into the ocean's depths from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours provide breathtaking views of the entire island, including waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests that are difficult to access on foot. For thrill-seekers, the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour offer an exciting adventure. All these activities are just minutes, or even steps, away from your Maui vacation rental!

We are centrally located in West Maui, 5 minutes north of Ka'anapali and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. Nearby, you'll find shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants. We are also just a few minutes away from Whalers Village on the world-famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, numerous shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

NOTE: Covered Parking: Our assigned parking spot is under the building with only a 5'7" clearance. VANS, JEEPS, and SUVs will not fit in our parking spot. Full-size cars or smaller are required.

A Gem in Kaanapali!

Amazing place to stay a Maui! Ocean front, Pool, small private beach, sea life for snorkeling! Breathtaking views! Emaculately kept backyard. A great location only a mile from the resort boardwalk! Truly a hidden Gem!

Location!

The property has a lovely private beach and pool that were perfect for our kids (8 and 10). The unit needs some tlc but was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront location. Great views and quiet property. The unit was clean and kitchen was well-equipped. Our kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. Rental company was responsive to our questions. We would stay again!

Everything was perfect with the exception of spotty internet but who needs to connect when you have the best view on Maui. Check in was seamless and the condo had everything we needed.

Relaxing girl-cation

Two long time friends celebrating their 70th birthdays. Wonderful vacation. The beach front location was perfect for sunning, whale and turtle watching, napping and doing just what we wanted. Herb, the property manager was so helpful when we were having challenges with the TV remote and gave us excellent recommendations for area eating. We will not hesitate to book our next trip.

Picture Perfect View

This property was true to the pictures and very quiet. The grounds were spectacularly manicured and very clean. The sunsets were postcard perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee cups, utensils, towels and beach towels. It was the perfect view to start the day with coffee on the balcony and end the day unwinding with the sunset.
