The property had some significant cleanliness and maintenance issues during our stay. The carpets were noticeably unclean and could use a thorough cleaning. The frying pans need to be replaced, appears as if the surfaces were burnt. Several of the blinds were also broken, which made them difficult to use and affected the overall privacy and appearance of the rooms. They're weren't enough bath towels, had to do a lot of laundry.While the property had potential, these issues took away from the comfort and overall experience. I hope the owners address these maintenance and cleanliness concerns for future guests

The property was clean and the location is great. Parking in the garage is difficult but they did mention this in the add. I had a few issues and they responded quickly. The BBQ does not work very good and there was no dishwasher soap,

Great stay! Kitchen was properly stocked, garage was on the bigger side compared to other properties we’ve stayed at, ac was iced cold, and the best part it was super close to the beach.

Thanksgiving at Mission Beach

Other than the rain and wind on Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable and our family had the best time!

Great stay. I would start fixing it up like a bit of paint. Carpet is on its last leg. Toaster was not working one side. Pots and pans dated balcony doors 3 rd floor closing mechanism not workingJust sth to think about. Great stay overall.

Great location if you want to be close to beach and walking distance to market, food, bar etc.

Property is in a great location for accessing beach, boardwalk and entertainment. Conveniently located small market as well just in case you need something like paper towels etc. Just be ready for loud parties at night as that is part of the natural habitat.

August Beach Vacation

Great beachfront property. The interior is huge with plenty of room for cooking, eating and ya gong out. Checking in with door/garage codes was a breeze. We had a great stay and I’d recommend this beach house to anyone.

Perfect Location!

Rented beach house for a special occasion. Family loved the house. Few blocks from Belmont and steps to the beach. House came fully equipped and was very clean. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect beach house!

This house was perfect for my family! It was close to beach and bay! Walking to dinner at Cannonball was great! Eating breakfast on the porch was convenient! Porch only has a cement Bench so we brought our on cozy chairs! Loved this house and location! Would stay again!❤️

Relaxing week on the beach

We rented this place and it was all as described. Easy check in and hassle free. Very close to the water and also close to Belmont Park. I have high school age kids so it worked out perfectly. 3 bedrooms is a plus. We stay again
