The location of this property was perfect for our getaway. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do. The unit was clean and comfortable, but there were a lot of homeless walking around the area, which seems like might be a Colorado Springs issue. But none the less, made us a little nervous. Also didn't realize it was a multiple unit dwelling and the guy upstairs got up at 530am every day and has heavy feet. There also really needs to be more than one mirror, whether inside a closet door or on a different wall somewhere. It was hard for us both to get ready quickly. The front door handle is broken. The iron leaks badly. We could have used more than 1 towel and 1 wash cloth a piece for a 5 night stay. But those are minor issues. The place was great and the price was right. We had a lovely time.
