Original owners of property since 1945, Ell and Marcia Hagen! Ell built the original summer cabin out of scrap lumber in 1946. The cabin was enjoyed in the summers from 1947 to 2011 when it was torn down. A new cabin was created by their children Ed Hagen and his sister and built by cousin Denny Cameron, finished in May 2014.
My family and I have been renting the "Hagen Cabin" since 1989 during the summers. We are now enjoying the NEW HAGEN CABIN which was just built and completed in May 2014. I love the location of Tahoe Pines! The terrain is flat and an easy walk from the cabin to the Tahoe Pines Private Beach and Pier, to bike trails and hiking trails into Blackwood all from the cabin! The cabin has three bedrooms and three bathrooms! The cabin is new, cozy and gorgeous! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THE NEW HAGEN CABIN! 5 STAR RATING!
Everything was cleand and new ....I Love it We have a good time and wonderfull memories in the cabin
Very beautiful home. My husband and son are chefs they could not believe all the spices in the cabinet. So much room in the home especially with the game room.
Amazing for families and great location. Super modern and clean. We had a great time!
We rented this great cabin for a family vacation and to attend a wedding nearby at West Shore Cafe. We arrived and found the cabin very clean, spacious, good size bedrooms, and a great bedroom/playroom, and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The location is wonderful to take walks/hikes, ride bikes and enjoy access to the beach. We hope to enjoy the cabin in the winter and for sure next summer. Our family had a wonderful time. The owner provided great clear instructions about the cabin and was quick to respond to my questions.
Our extended family enjoyed this house immensely. Everything as described, comfortable, loved having three bathrooms. We would stay here again when coming back.
My husband, three kids and I really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe Pines! The home was very spacious, clean, new and well equipped with everything we needed. We brought our 21' ski boat and had plenty of room to park with easy access to O'Bexters ramp. ($30 Round trip ramp fee) We enjoyed the quick stroll to the pier where the kids jumped, flipped and fished off of. We will definitely come back!
