Esta encantadora casa está ubicada en los bosques de Tahoe Pines en West Shore. Una elegante cocina, una sala de estar remodelada y un dormitorio principal completan esta confortable casa de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, que admite perros. El nivel inferior cuenta con una hermosa, moderna y totalmente equipada cocina, una cómoda sala de estar, baño completo, lavandería y 1 espacio en el garaje. El nivel superior tiene dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cama doble (uno también tiene un futón doble) y un baño completo. La lujosa Master Suite con cama King, cocineta, baño con ducha (sin bañera) y un pequeño espacio de trabajo está encima del garaje, pero se puede acceder desde la parte principal de la casa.
Son las pequeñas cosas las que tienen un gran impacto: SmartTV de 60 "en la sala de estar con Netflix, Amazon y Hulu, ¡y cada habitación tiene múltiples conectores USB para cargar sus dispositivos inalámbricos! Relájese después de un largo día en las montañas en el jacuzzi cubierto rodeado de nieve o juegue herraduras en el patio trasero mientras toma el sol filtrado.

Annual Family Adventure

Our stay was amazing. A very comfortable home with plenty of space and inviting outdoor deck. A short 9 minute walk to the lake and private pier. Definitely a place to return to next year.

Lovely cosy cabin!

We had a great 1 week stay in Tahoe Pines, lovely place. Hot tub was great, kitchen was well equipped, the living room area was very cosy and the beds were all comfortable. Also the garage was very spacious though we didn't use it. The Hauserman Rental Group were very clear, organized, and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay

This beautiful home was exactly as pictured. We loved the peaceful location which was near all the activities that we wanted to do to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything that could possibly be needed. It was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. A big bonus was being able to use the garage to store our kayaks and bicycles. We would definitely look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Place!

We arrived in between two gigantic crazy snow storms, and the Hauserman rental group (who manages the rental) was prompt with communication, ready to answer our questions on whether or not the street was snow plowed and accessible, and even when we had a maintenance problem with one of the furnaces, they promptly brought over space heaters, even after hours. Fantastic cabin, and great service! Highly recommend this house.

This property is very nice. It's on a quite street. And there are alot of amenities.

We went up to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends. The neighborhood was very quite so the can walk around and explore. The master bedroom was on the other side of the house then the kids room so we didn't hear them gigging all night which is a plus. The house came equipped with everything ypu could need even condiments in the fridge and hot cocoa in the cupboards.

Great house

This was a really cozy and inviting home - I say home because it felt like one and not like a rental. Extremely well equipped kitchen, we were totally snowed in for most of our trip so had no option but to eat in. I like to cook and usually find rental kitchens lacking but this one had measuring spoons, measuring cups, really sharp knives, good selection of cooking utensils and wide range of pans a skillets with MATCHING lids. Bedding included feather and non-feather pillows so everyone was happy. The only criticism I have which is more of an observation, is that the Wi-Fi was slow so if you are bringing kids who think they are going to be able to game, forget it, although that slow speed could have been caused by the extreme weather conditions. Overall, we would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Stay

Love this cabin! Only two minor drawbacks...not one sharp knife in the house and no coffee filters were on site when we showed up which meant having to run to Tahoe City at 9pm which wasn't fun. We payed it forward by leaving the filters we purchased. Plus the coffee maker is just cheap. A good coffee setup is the beginning of a successful STR. Not sure why this awesome cabin and PM company fall flat on this account but maybe they'll up the game by the next time we come around because we will definitely recommend to our friends. Very happy with our stay and thank you to the owner and Hauserman. - The Lange Team of South Coast Real Estate in Brookings, OR.

Thank you for your feedback, Michael. There are two drip coffee makers at this home, but we will forward your review to the owner regarding it being a "cheap coffee maker". In the rental agreement you signed that outlines what is and isn't provided, we do mention that coffee and filters aren't typically stocked and to prepare to bring your own. We will certainly recommend to the owner to add the little details.

Nice place

Cozy clean place with charm. Appreciated the mud room to keep things clean when taking off shoes. Gas stove kept the living space and upper bedrooms warm. Great kitchen and open layout wi5 dining area. We did not have heat in the master bedroom (apparently an existing issue the manager already knew about but we were not told about beforehand) and couldn’t find any space heaters. On checkout I requested a modest refund for this issue (which they Oked) and asked that they set out space heaters for future guests. Hopefully they will get that fixed as I would consider staying here again. We like the tranquil west side, close to Homewood resort, snowshoeing at Sugar Line Point, etc.

Great getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great and super spacious. It's really two cabins in one, so if part of your family wants extra space it's there. The TV's are confounding to get working with all the different remotes, but we were there to watch TV anyway...Our only complaint would be that we left a pair of very expensive sunglasses on the counter accidentally and didn't discover it until hours away. We called the office and they checked with the cleaners who said nothing was found. We can't prove they were taken, but we're pretty sure. Our fault for forgetting them, but would've been nice to get them back.

OK, but not again

This property is funky....and doesn't make a lot of sense. The house, property management, and ownership all seem to be complacent with just the bare minimum. Limited thought and energy have gone into setting up the kitchen. Many items you would expect for cooking are absent. The cupboards have random leftover items from prior renters, but nothing that is intended to be useful. The bed in the primary bedroom was painfully stiff. The other mattresses, linens, blankets, pillows, and décor were dated (old), and again, limited consideration is made to providing a comfortable home. The dining table is located in the middle of the pathway of the kitchen. Although not anyone's fault, the internet is painfully limited with speeds so slow even email communication was not possible. Cell service for everyone in the group was not possible and required driving several blocks away for service. WIFI calling did not work with the slow internet. Not an issue if you're looking to get away from it all, but renters should be prepared. Mid-summer rental rates were incredibly high, especially considering all of the negative elements of this property. OK at best, but not again.

Poplar Place Was Fantatic

Great hot tub and also table and chairs outside very comfortable. Nice neighbors. Short walk to great beach. Very close to Tahoe City with everything it offers but far enough away from traffic and such. Lots of great restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Entire family goes up for about a week every year and now that Poplar Place is back that is where we will stay every year.

Cozy Cabin, Slow Internet and No TV Channels

Reviewer Comments: We had an overall wonderful stay at this cozy cabin after arriving to find that the house hadn't been properly prepared (e.g., crumbs on the table and furniture, #2 in one of the toilets, pillow on master bed smelled used, we had to shovel our way to the front door and hot tub as the driveway and paths hadn't been cleared following recent snows).A few other things to know about this house:1) Wifi is VERY slow (just 4-6 mbps) and goes in and out, so if you or your kids need higher speed, this is not the house for you).2) The advertised DirecTV doesn't work (no channels and a 722 error, though reseting the box didn't work), and the NetFlix login on the SmartTV in the living room did not allow us to log in. So if you need TV, this is not the place for you. We finally figured out a workaround - if you want to watch TV, bring a USBC to HDMI adapter and a laptop. In this way, we were able to use our NetFlix login via my laptop to connect to the living room TV and stream movies on netflix. No idea why the Netflix login didn't work on the smart TV itself - we tried many times and were 100% sure we were using the right login info. 3) No Verizon cell service here - if you need to make any important calls via your cell, this is not the house for you, though there IS a land line that you can use)3) Even in February, there was a LARGE active bear in the neighborhood. Neighbors said it has a limp/injured paw. Just something to be aware of. We saw it once in the distance.But for those of you who are just looking for a peaceful west shore cabin to recharge in, it's a very relaxing cabin and location, and Hauserman was wonderfully responsive in attending to the issues noted above.

Home on Popular Place

We were 3 couples and appreciatd the 3 bathrooms so know one got in the way of each other. The home is well built and sound trnasfer was minimal. We took advantage of the very clean hot tub, the picnic table in the rear yard and the horse shoe pit. The dining area is small but workable. The front deck was an added area to enjoy the beautiful trees surronding it. The location was perfect for our needs because it was close to the Concourse D' Elegance woonden boat show.
