Thanks so much for your lovely review. It certainly helps small business to know that people are happy!
This was such a cute and charming cottage. It was perfectly located within walking distance from downtown Calistoga. It was clean, quiet, and Adele was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
We loved staying at this property. The location was fabulous and the cottage was cozy. We were able to walk to everything in downtown Calistoga. It's a great place to stay to enjoy spa appointments, hikes in the Bothe National Park, and the wonderful restaurants and shops in town. The host, Adele, was lovely,
Loved Adele. Love her property. She is an amazing host. I would 100 percent stay again.

Napa Cottage
Very cute property in the heart of Calistoga. Adele, the property owner was very helpful with recommendations for food, wineries and activities both in the area and along the way from San Francisco to Napa Valley. We would defiinitely stay here again.
This was the perfect location to celebrate my daughter’s engagement. Walking distance to town for breakfast and dinner and a quick drive to many great wineries.

Thanks so much for your very nice review. This really helps tiny businesses. Adele
The property is located close to town on a quiet street. Overall the cottage is very cute with old fashioned furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and having a kitchen is so handy. The entrance had quite a lot of cobwebs and could have used a bit of sprucing up but the inside was clean and tidy. I only would recommend a bit of cleaning on the outside and maybe a couch or more comfortable seating for the front room.

A very nice review from really nice folks. Hope they do come back. There's lots more to see.
- good communication with owner
- expedited plumbing issue quickly
- only thing I wish I would have know is that the kitchenette is attached and through the 2 bedroom, meaning you have to walk through that bedroom to get your morning cup of coffee.
Otherwise, a very nice place.

A bit awkward, however all the plumbing had been set up by a previous owner and we would have had to re-plumb the entire house at a huge cost. Sorry for the inconvenience. Only thing I can say is, it makes for friendly conversation in the morning! Thanks for your understanding.
Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the neighborhood is quiet. My only 2 complaints are that the place is dusty in most corners and the fake plants and the tv has very limited channels. It could be nice to try to hook up something up to watch a streaming service.
The property is exactly as it states. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Wished the kitchen had a few additional items (tongs, more than one fry pan, sauce pan, dish and drying cloth, etc.) Also could use a really good cleaning of spider webs, shower curtain, and carpet cleaning. Otherwise, Adele was extremely inviting (offered delicious strawberries), the location is ideal to downtown, and the overall stay was extremely enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Thanks for the input. It always makes it easier for us as hosts when the guest lets us know when they are in the unit that they need something. We have a number of extra pots and pans we would love to have the guests use but dont want to clutter up the kitchen too much. Glad they had a good visit here and hope they come back soon.

Wonderful location in Calistoga
Cute and charming cottage in a lovely, quiet side street. Very old, chunky pieces of furniture and dusty dried flower arrangements made up the furnishings. Showers proved a little difficult as there was nowhere to place your shampoos etc. and getting in and out of the tub was tough, especially for the over 60 crowd.
Adele was most helpful and responded to our requests promptly.

Sorry our guests did not like some of our beautiful antique chairs and tables. The look nowadays is more to Ikea and modern, however our photographs do show the furniture. I'd love to have real flowers every day, but silk flowers will have to do for now. The maid forgot to put the shower hanger back, sorry about that, but the tub is actually regulation size, and you have to step up to get out of the tub. Can't fix that one. Hope they had fun here, as it's a great little town.

Loved the location and the town of Calistoga. The property is dated and the you can only get to the kitchen through a bedroom so it is not very conducive for two adult couples. The A/C unit in one of the bedrooms was so loud that it could not be used at night.
The house was located steps from restaurants and shops. Parking was easy with parking on the street. The house is great for families. The kitchen can only be accessed through a bedroom which was not ideal. There is a small refrigerator and freezer which was great to store our beverages and snacks. The kitchen was minimally stocked with only salt, pepper, coffee and cooking oil.
The restroom has an antique bathtub which is difficult to get in and out off.
Adele was great and super responsive to our needs.
One of our workers stay here while on a job. This house is in a great location, he was able to walk down town for dinner or whatever. Adele was a very nice lady and helpful with accommodating us with his stay. He felt like he was staying at his grandparents house. Decor is all antique furniture, looks very nice, just not very comfortable. All in all he really like the house and it's location. The only complaints he had where that there was nowhere to sit and relax in the living room that was comfortable. He was there for two full week and could only get two towels and two wash rags for his whole stay. Tried to reach Adele for more, but never got a response.

This is a strange review. We were called by a painting company to house one of its workers. We offered a cottage with living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. at an extremely reduced cost. Because he was here for two weeks and going home weekends, the company's owner told us not to bother him as he works very hard. The one time he did call for service, he did not call us, he called his boss, who called me, to ask for fresh towels only. Antiques are obviously not to this workman's taste. To indicate the owner could not reach us for additional service is not correct, as I spoke to the owner's wife a number of times to make certain their employee was comfortable. To indicate there was nowhere to sit in the living room is odd, as it contains an oriental carpet, sofa, wingback chair, four straightback chairs, and a dining table. To receive this review is a bit insulting after our given instructions and price accommodation.
The property is right near downtown, but could use some TLC. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom needs attention. We had a good stay. Owner was available.
