Welcome! We're Tahoe Mt. Properties, and we're delighted to host you at Artist's Haven, a remodeled 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Tahoe City home with a private hot tub, front and back decks, a BBQ, and a wood-burning fireplace. Original art fills every room, there's a fun bunk room for the kids, and public beaches, shops, golf, and restaurants are minutes away. The ski resorts are about 15 minutes by car.

Please note: Dollar Point HOA amenities and beach are not available to rental guests. Public beaches, including Skylandia, are nearby.

Your Home Base
Custom-designed and beautifully remodeled, this home features French subway art, original watercolors, and travel photography by San Francisco artist Noel Stubblefield. If you fall in love with a piece, prints are available for purchase, just ask.

Step into the grand stone-floored foyer with vaulted ceilings, then head up the hardwood staircase to the main living area. The spacious living room has a stone hearth with a wood-burning fireplace and an extra-large L-shaped couch, perfect for gathering after a day outside. The kitchen features unique stainless steel and Lake Tahoe teal granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and great electronics. Step out to the front and back decks, then soak in the private hot tub at the end of the day.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary suite: king bed, reading nook, and en suite bath with a large glass and stone shower and double vanities
Bedroom 2: spring-themed queen bedroom
Bedroom 3: vintage-themed queen bedroom
Bedroom 4: African-themed bunk room with a queen bed beneath a twin bunk, plus an additional twin bed (en suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower)
Plus a shared bath with a stand-up shower on the lower level and a half bath on the main level

Things to Do Nearby:

Relax at the public beaches, a few minutes from the home
Hit the slopes, with ski resorts about 15 minutes away
Play a round at nearby golf courses
Wander the shops and restaurants of Tahoe City

Good to Know:

This is a quiet neighborhood home, not a party house. Neighbors live on both sides, and sound carries from the hot tub deck.

Quiet hours begin at 9 pm: no music or gathering outside after 9 pm, per the short-term rental ordinance.

Parking: 4 vehicles maximum (garage and driveway). This is strictly enforced.

No A/C: Tahoe nights are cool. Open the windows and sliders in the evening, then close the windows, doors, and blinds during the day.

Mountain living: weather can occasionally affect Wi-Fi and power. These events are rare and outside our control, and refunds are handled case by case.
Your total includes an accidental damage waiver, so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
