Fully equipped and great location

Apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay! Host seems like a very nice person. Location is excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere plus the ice cream shop right across the street has some of the best we've tried. The only downside is if you have a sensitivity to smoke or just don't like the smell as it comes from the apartment that is very close to you.

Great place & location is awesome!

High ceilings, extremely quite, semi-private street, close to groceries (Aldi's) and lots of restaurants and shops. Big kitchen, living area. Nicely done living area. Quite reasonable pricing. Having stayed in many vacation homes, this one rates amongst the best. -Rudy

Cute, comfortable apartment in a central location.

Wonderful tub to soak in. Owner is relaxed and friendly. Only small things I would change - the towels smelled bad, and the apartment is above a restaurant. It isn't quiet in the evenings. We loved this place!

Good location, just a few subway stops away from the old town centre

This is a clean, simple apartment, in a good neighbourhood. The location is convenient, as it is within walking distance (5 minutes or so) to the subway station, and from there, the city centre is only a few short stops away. Marijian the owner is very friendly, welcoming, and provides good advice on how to best spend your time in Vienna. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, wonderful host

We were so comfortable that we stayed longer and hated to leave. Convenient to museums, historic center, and public transportation. Kitchen is very well equipped and we ate in most nights. Marijan made us feel quite at home.

Nice stay in Vienna

I stayed here last year in May and it was a very nice stay. It was centrally located in a nice area very close to the subway station. The apartment was very large and very comfortable. Marijan was very accomodating and friendly. I would recommend this place, and would return if I was going back to Vienna. The only suggestions I have is that it was initially hard to find, however once you knew where it was its in a lovely location. Also tip: the grocery store around the corner has odd hours that I was not used to.

perfect!

We loved Vienna, and a large part of our loving Vienna was this place and Marijan himself. The location is central but not touristy, in a neighborhood full of quirky arty shops that made us very happy (best vegan ice cream *eve*r just across Neustiftgasse at Veganista!). The courtyard view out over the grape arbor is divine, and at night it's very quiet. Marijan has put a great deal of care and love into the apartment and seems to have considered every detail. He's a welcoming host and a fascinating person.

Great accommodation in the heart of Vienna

Our family of 4 stayed here for only 1 night, but it was perfect for exploring the major sights in Vienna, as well as having all the amenities we needed at 'home'. Our 2 teenage daughters loved the place as well and we enjoyed feeling a bit like locals staying here rather than a hotel. The apartment is on the older side and we did experience an odd smell late at night, but it didn't affect us much. There was everything in the kitchen you could need, and plenty of space to enjoy ourselves for a meal in. Restaurants and a supermarket were very close too, the apartment included a washing machine, books & guide books, tv (we didn't watch though). Marijan was extremely helpful and kind and let us stay for a very late check out the next day since our train left in the evening. We were back and forth sight-seeing and hanging out in the apartment all day - just perfect. Quick access to the metro & tram lines or walking distance to a lot of Vienna's sights. The only downside was the 'shower' which is a shower attachment in the bathtub, it made for a very wet bathroom after - plenty of towels were provided however. :) We would definitely go back & recommend this place to anyone. Cómodo, amplio y con una genial localización.

La experiencia en Viena ha sido estupenda en gran parte gracias a la comodidad del apartamento, su situación y el buen trato por parte de Marijan (nos encontramos hasta una botella de vino de bienvenida). El apartamento es amplio y limpio, completamente equipado. La calefacción funciona estupendamente, lo cual es un punto cuando fuera hay nieve. Se puede ir andando a todos sitios, hay dos supermercados al lado y está muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto. En definitiva: MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Well-deserved praises!

The good many reviews of this apartment did not fail us. It's not your usual lavish hotel- like apartment but it unmistakably makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Fully-equipped with well-stocked kitchen. Enough bedroom space and decent bath. The apartment is quiet and peaceful although it is located in the center of Vienna. It also has an amiable host. Five stars all across.

"Our Vienna rental was ideal for our five day stay. The location was handy for sight seeing. The rental had a charming entry through a quiet arcade. The studio apartment was well-equipped. Everything was provided for our stay including great help from our friendly host, Marijan."

"Great apartment, great location! The owner is very nice/helpful and the apartment is very spacious and is well equiped with anything you would need. It is close the the metro and all the historical sights and there is a pedestrian area with great restaurants very close too. We definitely recommend this apartment"

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at Marijans apartment in Vienna. The apartment location and surrounding restaurants to choose from made our stay very pleasant. Marijan was a great host and was very informative.

Chouette appartement bien situé

Appartement et propriétaire très sympathiques. Bien situé près d'un noeud de transports en commun et des musées. A 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique. Nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Sur les conseils de Marijan, nous sommes allés au restaurant Kaützchen (à deux pas) et nous vous le recommandons aussi (pas cher, spécialités locales, service sympathique).

Great time in Vienna

Marijan was a great host, our flight was 3 hours late and he waited for us. The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the historic city centre, and with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall a great city break!

Nicht ident mit Beschreibung

Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel,abgewohnt, aber gute Lage Und sehr netter Vermieter. Ich habe bei der Buchung sehr auf das Vorhandensein eines SAT Fernsehers geachtet,es war jedoch keiner da, bzw. gabes keinen Anscluss. In Wien machen aber die Lokale wegen Corona zwischen 22-23h zu. Wir sind naechsten Tag in eine schoene Pension gegangen,haben zu einem sehr guenstigen Preis Zimmer mit Fruehstueck und sat-TV bekommen. Eine direkte Bescwerde bei Fewo ist leider nicht moeglich. Die Wohnung in Neubau war viel zu teuer. Anna Rauch

Idéal pour visite du centre historique.

Appartement très bien placé tout près des musées et du centre. Il est situé dans passage d'immeuble charmant. Bon confort, très agréable et chaleureux. Merci aussi de l'accueil de notre hôte.
