The Vacasa team was the only way my family and I survived this place for 1.5 months. The furniture was old, stained at the head portion, and had a wretched/foul smell. The mattress and box spring downstairs were so uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep which rendered the bedroom useless. Unlike the pictures, there is no grass and the back yard gate doesn't lock shut. The owner neglected to pay the wifi AND electricity bill during our stay! I had to cancel weekend plans to stay for someone to fix them on 2 separate occasions. Smoke detector batteries were going off at godly hours in 2 rooms we to which did not have access. The tv upstairs is for DVDs only. The house did keep my family safe and warm....thank God for that.

Owner's Response: We sincerely apologize for the experience this guest had while staying here. The owner has put the home on hold while they work on necessary improvements so we can ensure our guests have comfortable visits while staying here. We did refund this guest for their experience.

This was a very comfortable home to stay in and I recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Lake Elsinore or centrally located near the 15 freeway.

Great home and location

  • 4 of 5

House was in a great location and loved the open floor plan. Mattresses are old, squeaky and uncomfortable so if you have back problems, be ware. Other than that, I really liked this house and would definatelly recommend it.

Property Needs Work

  • 4 of 5

Stayed at this house for 3 weeks and have mixed reviews. The house was large, location good, but the furnishings were terrible. Pro's & Cons Below:

Pros - Clean, Quiet Neighbourhood, Large House with plenty of room for quests, Wifi

Cons - Furniture Old/Out of date, Kitchen Poorly Stocked (Grease still on pans), No BBQ, Bedding in terrible condition,

This house could be so much better if the the owner would put some money into it. I can understand the urge to have cheap furnishings in a rental but this house is decorated by furniture straight from GoodWill. I would be hard pressed to recommend this house in its current condition to family or friends. My suggestion is to move on and spend a bit extra cash on a different property.

About Vacasa, CA- Inland Empire Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
