About Valerie J. Valdez
I grew up in Vancouver, Washington and moved to the Bay Area after falling in love with this city during a visit here as a teenager. I recently moved back to San Francisco after raising my family in Santa Cruz, California. I love to travel to new places and meet new people. I'm excited to share our beautiful family home and San Francisco with visitors from all over. I especially love the charm and warm micro-climate of this neighborhood (Noe Valley) and the one mile hike to the top of Twin Peaks for one of the best views of the city. My favorite quote is "Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all." Helen Keller. I wish for you daring adventures and wonderful memories in your travels. I look forward to meeting you.

Why Valerie J. Valdez chose Noe Valley
What I love about this area, Noe Valley and this property is that it is the sunniest neighborhood in San Francisco. It's a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. We are close to public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. I love the local business on 24th street, just 1 block away where there are cute restaurants, shops and boutiques. There is a Whole Foods grocery store just 2 blocks away. A floral shop, a souvenir store and the best coffee shop in San Francisco, just a short walk from the house. And there are 3 parks within walking distance. The house was built pre-1906 earthquake and is full of Victorian charm and detail. Which I love and is missing from a lot of the homes that have been remodeled over the years. The walls are thick latte and plaster which make it warm, cozy and quite. It's a great place to live and visit.

Beautiful home in great location
The home had so much character and was beautifully decorated and stocked. It was perfect for our family reunion. There are nice things in the house so children should be well behaved. Walkable to grocery store and restaurants. My son climbed Twin Peaks a few times. Thanks so much!
Great house and wonderful location!
Check in was easy, lots of available street parking, gorgeous spacious house and easy to communicate with host! We absolutely loved our stay.
very nice place, great location
Great stay for a group of 3 couples and 1 other adult.
Charming, comfortable, great location
Our 3-generation family stayed in this apartment for a week, and we were delighted with the experience. Noe Valley is quiet but centrally located, shops and cafes nearby, and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped - we enjoyed the piano too! Definitely a great rental -thanks Valerie!
We enjoyed our stay here. Great location!
We rented the whole home for our stay in San Francisco. It was clean and very spacious. Lots of beds and the bedrooms were nicely decorated. Valerie was very accommodating and reliable in responding in a timely way. Our favorite part was that it had a great street (24th) of restaurants in close walking distance to the home. Since we were only staying two nights, we didn't want to cook in the home so it was nice to have access to a variety of great restaurants as well as a grocery for a few items. We enjoyed Barney's Gourmet hamburgers, Patxi's Pizza, and the Noe Valley Bakery (Yum!). Also, it was very easy to catch public transportation from this location. I was able to use the Muni app which allowed one person to create an account to buy public transportation tickets for the whole group. The bus stop was only 1 block away. There was only one shower for the 6 of us but there were two bathrooms which was helpful. We enjoyed the view of the city from the Twin Peaks which was nearby. This place helped make our stay a pleasant and successful one.
Valerie was great!!!! she is very easy to communicate. She provided us all the details and information to make our stay a great experience. We loved the space of the house, very clean ,and the beds were very very comfortable!!! The area is great , all kind of restaurants on 24th street ,yummy bakery in the corner. Our family highly recommend Valerie's house. We are sure this won't be our last time !!!! Thank you for all your help Valerie, The Moreno family
