About the property

4 BDRM SF NOE VALLEY VICTORIAN, SLEEPS 10: spacious and close to everything

Come experience the sunniest neighborhood San Francisco has to offer in our cozy & quiet, four bedroom, 1½ bath Victorian in the heart of Noe Valley. This beautiful home sits just below Twin Peaks and is just two short blocks from the great shops and restaurants in Noe Valley’s 24th street shopping district, which includes an eclectic variety of boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station and Mission and Castro Districts are all within a 20-minute walk, and public transportation to Downtown SF is just ½ block. Interstate 280 and 101 are less that a 10-minute drive and it’s only 20-minutes to SF International Airport.

The house has clean lines, high ceilings, bamboo floors, cozy floor plan with a great flow. An updated kitchen with a dining area that is perfect for entertaining while preparing meals. The kitchen has a gas range and oven, microwave and appliances, plenty of storage space and a refrigerator.

THE BEDROOMS:

The house has 4 bedrooms.

~Noe Valley Room - This Victorian master bedroom has a queen bed and sleeps 2. We can also add a crib or toddler bed to this room. ~Twin Peaks Room - This room is set up with 2 twin size beds and a queen bed. This large sunny room has lots of windows with trees on one side and views of Twin Peaks from the bay window on the other. It's a perfect room for a family looking for a comfort environment together. The room will accommodate up to 4 adults and we can add a toddler bed or crib to accommodate our smaller guests.

- Golden Gate Room - This cozy room is one of my favorite in the house. Smaller than the others and very warm, cozy and inviting. It has a queen size bed and sleeps 2. There are beautiful trees right outside the windows and the morning light is filtered into the room.

About Valerie J. Valdez

I grew up in Vancouver, Washington and moved to the Bay Area after falling in love with this city during a visit here as a teenager. I recently moved back to San Francisco after raising my family in Santa Cruz, California. I love to travel to new places and meet new people. I'm excited to share our beautiful family home and San Francisco with visitors from all over. I especially love the charm and warm micro-climate of this neighborhood (Noe Valley) and the one mile hike to the top of Twin Peaks for one of the best views of the city.

My favorite quote is "Life is a daring adventure or nothing at all." Helen Keller.

I wish for you daring adventures and wonderful memories in your travels.

I look forward to meeting you.

Why Valerie J. Valdez chose San Francisco

What I love about this area, Noe Valley and this property is that it is the sunniest neighborhood in San Francisco. It's a very safe, family oriented neighborhood. We are close to public transportation which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.

I love the local business on 24th street, just 1 block away where there are cute restaurants, shops and boutiques. There is a Whole Foods grocery store just 2 blocks away. A floral shop, a souvenir store and the best coffee shop in San Francisco, just a short walk from the house. And there are 3 parks within walking distance.

The house was built pre-1906 earthquake and is full of Victorian charm and detail. Which I love and is missing from a lot of the homes that have been remodeled over the years. The walls are thick latte and plaster which make it warm, cozy and quite.

It's a great place to live and visit.

All the comforts of home in Noe Valley

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this unique property. All the comforts of home provided in a great neighborhood. We took advantage of UBER to move around the city but also walked to some very nice retail stores close by. We also put money on a Clipper Card for use on all the public transportation. We look forward to returning and have recommended this rental to others. Just a warning, the flight of stairs to the second floor is as "energetic" as some of the streets throughout the city. All in all, well worth the climb!

wonderful place

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 5 stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay in that cozy place. Clean, comfortable, not much more you could ask for. The neighborhood is fantastic, you should have a coffee at Bernie's and bread from the Noe valley bakery.

Delightful, comfortable stay for families in a great part of Noe Valley!

  • 5 of 5

We visit San Francisco about twice a year, normally staying in The Sunset with older relatives. This time we traveled with another family with young children similar in age to ours. We wanted to stay at a hotel, but once you put the kids to bed (at a hotel), parents don't have a place to hang out and be social after those early kid bedtimes! Renting this house was the perfect solution! The house is in a great location, within walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants, and centrally located within the heart of SF to access all points of visitor interest with ease. The house is very warm and inviting, everyone felt very comfortable - the kids loved it! In the evening after the kids went to sleep, the adults could unwind, chat, and have a glass of wine without worrying about who we were going to wake up. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back again!
