Esta unidad final de dos dormitorios ofrece un acceso conveniente desde el área de estacionamiento y una ubicación muy tranquila. El tiempo libre es perfecto para dos parejas o una familia pequeña. Disfrute de las fantásticas vistas a la montaña desde el balcón cubierto. Ubicado en el complejo de casas adosadas Carnelian Woods en Carnelian Bay, ¡siéntase como en casa en el lugar de vacaciones de North Tahoe cerca de todo!

Levante los pies y descanse en el cómodo sofá mientras mira televisión junto a la acogedora chimenea de piedra. El wifi te mantiene conectado. O salga y disfrute de las vistas del bosque mientras hace una barbacoa en el balcón, ubicado fuera de la sala de estar.

La cocina bien equipada tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar un desayuno abundante, un refrigerio rápido o una cena casera, y el lavavajillas facilita la limpieza. Hay asientos para dos en la barra de desayuno y cuatro sillas en la mesa del comedor.

A la vuelta de la esquina, la lavandería del piso principal hace que sea fácil empacar la luz. También hay medio baño y un dormitorio con una cama doble y TV.
Sube a la suite principal y recuéstate en la cama queen. El baño completo tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha.

Los jardines exteriores cuentan con hermosos paisajes, y hay mucho que hacer, tendrá dificultades para decidir: un juego de tenis, nadar en la piscina de temporada, sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje, jugar al billar en la casa club, enfrentarse al parcourse, o senderismo y ciclismo en los senderos justo en Carnelian Woods!

¡En Carnelian Bay, todo el norte del lago Tahoe está justo a la vuelta de la esquina! Hay dos playas maravillosas y estás a solo 10-12 millas de tres grandes estaciones de esquí: Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley y Northstar.

Watched a beautiful sunrise from the deck. Ample kitchen supplies--we made our dinners and breakfasts here. Beds comfortable. Unit conveniently close to parking. We loved it!

Disappointed that the bedding had holes, towel bar in upstairs bathroom was coming out of the wall and can light I downstairs bathroom was coming out. Was clean and conveniently located.

Great spot in Carnelian Bay

This was exactly what we were looking for for a group of 4. Good space, clean and a good location for us heading to Palisades and Tahoe city frequently. Communication was particularly excellent and check in process was super easy.

The mountain view from the balcony was gorgeous! The on-site lodge was spotless and had plenty of things to do including a library. The pool and hot tub were great but it would have been nice to have a few pool/beach towels. The beach is a short drive away. Loads of hiking trails nearby.

Welcome to the Lake!

Our first visit to Tahoe. The Carnelian an Woods condo suited us perfectly! We were able to make this our home base and enjoyed different adventures every day. We also enjoyed morning coffee on our balcony with a view. We hope to be back some day, thanks again!!

Peaceful, beautiful and relaxing

Very beautiful and peaceful. Evening walks around the neighborhood were very nice. It was exactly what we were looking for before the kids go back to school. The only thing that would have been nice is having more things around to do.

The pool and clubhouse are very far from the room, you are required to drive there to use amenities, not walking distance. Other than those issues the accommodation was fair.

Ski townhome

We had a lovely stay at this Carnelian Bay townhome. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, oils and cooking utensils. The location was easy to navigate to and from to the various ski resorts around. The only thing that was not accurate on the listing was the hot tub is only open on the weekends. This was a major bummer for us since every ski trip we like to go in the hot tub after we ski yet it was closed Monday - Thursday and the recreational center employee said it was because it was too expensive to operate. Besides that we had a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A friend an I rented this for a few days of hiking. Overall, the rental process was very professional and buttoned up. The house was fine ( Do NOT stay there if you have mobility issues; the 2nd bedroom is reached from a very steep set of stairs.) However, the condo is in need of an update, and we experienced several small but irritating problems, including burned out light bulbs and jammed drawers. The management company was quick to come when we called, but couldn’t fix at least one problem, as they didn’t have the right bulb (I presume). We stayed at a time when the pool and spa weren’t open to guests; it would be a better value when they are available.

We did respond to the guests regarding the items reported, and addressed all. We did find an operator error issue. The stairs are normal in slope (not steep).

Quiet yet noisy

The property/area was quiet, yet the house was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was the settling of the home or ? Lots of creaking and pops. At one point we all were woken up by a loud bang sound, but could find nothing. The recreation area was about 1/2 mile down the road. Other homes we rented in the past have had a game cabinet which was helpful when traveling from another state. This home did not supply any games. This home had basic supplies. This home is listed for sale so not sure if this was a factor.

Lovely condo in North Lake Tahoe

We spent two nights for our anniversary getaway in June 2023 at this cute little condo unit. The location is perfect -- within three minutes drive of the lake and restaurants. The Carnelian Woods campus also has a lodge, hot tubs, pool, tennis courts, hiking trails, and other great amenities, but we didn't use them. The unit was well-furnished, with everything we could want from a VRBO rental. The kitchen had all the utensils, dining ware, and appliances we needed, an electric stove, a full-sized fridge with ice cubes already made. There's a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. They are small TVs, and the one in the living room is in an awkward upper corner, but you don't go to Tahoe to sit and watch TV all day, do you? The hosts were very responsive and answered questions quickly via email. They even provided tips about dealing with local wildlife (bears!). A variety of excellent restaurants were within 5-10 minutes drive. We went to Gar Wood twice and had great steaks and desserts there, with walking on the pier and along the lakeshore afterward. Tahoe City was only about 15 minutes away and had even more to choose from. This would be a great choice for anyone looking to get away to a quiet spot by the lake.
