We used this as an overflow for a large group staying at another VRBO down the street. This place is really nicely finished. It has a great outdoor area for entertaining and a nice hot tub .

2nd stay
Rented this house last year and loved it so much we booked it again this year. Will definitely return if/ when we return to North Lake. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
This was our second time staying. Very comfortable well maintained home to come back to after a long day of hiking, kayaking, etc. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood away from the crowds but only 10-15 minutes from everything we need. We will be back.

Ants and spiders
I know there’s ants and spiders in the area, but can’t have ants and spiders in the bed. Two of the four members of our party had fights.
Me and my partner were looking to get away from the bustle of the city for a quiet getaway while there was still snow on the ground. Fortunately this property is exactly what we wanted, even if it was a little big for two people. The location was quiet and the drive way was shoveled out prior to our arrival. Check-in was easy and the provider was quick to respond to any of our questions via VRBO mail. The place is updated with modern appliances, a smart thermometer, and a smart TV. Overall it felt like our own vacation home even for a couple of days. The hot tub was amazing after a day of being in the snow and was easy to use and worked wonders to help us relax. I highly recommend this place for those who have a group of people of staying or even if you're looking for a place for some privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!
This home was very conveniently located between Olympic Valley and Northstar with shops and restaurants mere minutes away in both directions along the lake. Quiet neighborhood of very nice homes and HUGE trees. Very nice and comfortable furnishings. The spacious bedrooms could use dressers for unpacking though. All amenities and hotel-style toiletries were provided for the kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub was tricky to control but worked fine once we got it going. You need an app to control the TV sound bar but the buttons on the side of it worked just fine for us. Finding local weather news/updates wasn't easy with no over the air TV channels but we signed up for the Placer County alerts from the information sheet as a blizzard was coming on our last day. Owner was very responsive to our questions and observations. This home was perfect for our group of four mature adults (one couple, two others without their spouses). I will keep this one saved for future trips as it would be just fine for up to six adults.

Lovely Mountain Home

Tahoe being our favorite place we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great back yard for kids playing and adults relaxing. Not far from the beaches and there are many to choose from. We did have a visit from a local bear who enjoyed time in our vehicles. He opened several doors and hatch back without leaving a scratch. A very considerate bear. All in all a great time.
Myself and my two young children I don’t wonderful time staying here. Home had everything we needed. As a previous cleaner myself for property rentals I was very pleased to find this home to be very well organized and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.
