Perfect accommodations for a family with adult children coming together for a family wedding. Windsor was a beautiful location; wine country was accessible & enchanting.

Nice location to base from when visiting multiple wineries in the area. Fit our needs well with 2 bedrooms plus the murphy bed. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. I don't need the long sell on attending a hotel club event and having to pay for wifi if you wanted it doesn't seem right in 2026.

Convenient Location in Sonoma

Worldmark Windsor is an excellently maintained resort near a neighborhood with a lot of walking options. Close to many wineries, it is a great place to stay. The condo was clean and had a great kitchen. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the wine country.

Thanksgiving

The property was beautiful with many amenities. We would gladly stay there again. Close to freeway, and short drive to shopping, wineries, and breweries. Less than a 12 minute drive to Healdsburg.

Wonderful space

Great location near brewing restaurant, great amenities for kids. Place was bigger than expected and fit adults and kids comfortably. Easy parking and access.Only complaint was that the timeshare staff spent 15 mins with me after checkin trying to get me to signup for a time share meeting, when I was alone trying to watch my two young children who did not want to sit still. I didn’t realize it was a timeshare facility and that might be my fault.

Did not appreciate the hard pressure to participate in a timeshare presentation upon check in. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well stocked with supplies for in-room dining. Great on-site amenities including the pool, indoor gaming options, and a small fitness center. I had received an email confirmation that checkout was at noon, but on-site they told us it’s at 11 and they do not honor late checkouts unless you participate in a timeshare presentation. They do not have smart TV, but they have an extensive, complementary DVD library.

The resort was very nice with good pools. The suite was clean and had all the amenities. The issue we had was that we were told that WiFi was included but we still had to pay for WiFi. That is bad business practice and we believe that the amount charged should be refunded

Convenient To Sonoma

The location is very convenient to Kendall-Jackson and many other vineyards. The condo was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. We weren’t there long enough to speak to other details aside from comfortable beds. We weren’t aware that this was a vacation club condo complex and the very hard sell we would be met with. We had flown cross country all day then a drive up from San Francisco. All we wanted was to settle in and grab some dinner. The town of Windsor was fabulous and we enjoyed both the Mexican dinner on the patio at Lupe’s Diner and Agave Room and delicious breakfast at KC’s American Kitchen.

Disorganized & Dorm Room Chic

We stayed at this rental this past weekend. We stay at a lot of VRBO's and I have to say, if this had been my first experience, I would have NEVER done it again. It is part of a Wyndham property, which was fine, but you have to go through a check in process. THis typically takes a few minutes, however, the owner had not put our name on our reservation so they could not find us. When we mentioned his name, the staff rolled their eyes, and said "this happens all the time with his rentals." The woman working with us put us in a condo that had people in it allready, so we ended up going back to the front desk where they had to call the owner which took ANOTHER 30 minutes to straighten it. The manager came out, apologized, and repeated that this happens all the time with his rentals. She then gave my husband the owners number and said we should call him to work it out. It would have been fine, except for when we go into our condo it was nothing short of a dorm room. (For the same price we had rented a beautiful home in Napa.)The beds were very hard mattresses, the rooms were barely furnished with the bare minimum uncomfortable chairs. It was a disappointment from start to finish. The pictures don't portray what it looks like. If it had we would not have stayed there. We have been very fortunate to stay in wonderful places. This was something that hadn't been updated since the mid 70's. I typically will take these up the owner. I did, and he felt like it was the fault of the Wyndham. We have been involved with other Wyndham owners before and know the process. This was all on him. That coupled with how overpriced and uncomfortable this condo was means I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location was perfect for a stop on our road trip. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Space was adequate for 6 adult family members. I accidentally left a backpack with valuable items behind after checking out, and the front desk staff helped me arrange to pay for it to be shipped home. All items were accounted for when it arrived at our address when we got home!

The property was nice with great extra’s and lots of things to do. The apartment was clean and well stocked. However..guest renting at this complex needs to understand it is a timeshare. We were pressured at check-in to listen to a presentation for a free gift. When declined they continued to call the unit everyday to ask the other guests if they would come and listen to the presentation for a free gift? I have received free stays at various timeshares and expect to listen to a sales presentation. However…because our five night stay was not free or even discounted, It was very upsetting to have to spend any of my vacation time telling salesman “no thank you” several times. Because the pressure to schedule a one hour sales presentation was done at check-in it made the process take more time then it should have. After a long day to drive there and arriving hot and tired it made for an very long and unpleasant check-in. For the above reasons I would not book at this complex again nor recommend friends and family book here.

Check-out time discrepancy

The only issue we experienced was that VRBO said check-out was 12:00 pm but the property manager said it was 10:00 am. We barely checked out in time due to the discrepancy. The VRBO info should be updated.

Great condo

Great condo to stay in near Healdsburg. We were 10 to 15 minutes from the wineries we were visiting and 10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg. Great place, will definitely stay here again.

This property has been refreshed recently. The rooms are sound proof. Perfect place with room to social distance in and out. Owner was extremely responsive and proactive regarding fires in the area. Will book again with them.
