Opulent doesn't even begin to describe this gorgeous Kennebunkport home. You'll be in the lap of luxury with a private pond, golf-course views, sumptuous furnishings, and a pergola.
Situated on a private road just across from Cape Arundel Golf Course, you're also only a mile away from downtown and within five miles of several beautiful beaches in the area.
The front yard has a pond and fountain. The colorful living room has fuschia walls, a white couch, and a chaise lounge. There's also a Persian rug and a zebra-striped ottoman, while a wood-burning fireplace offers the perfect spot to gather around on cold nights in.
The gourmet kitchen has a three-seat breakfast bar, a five-burner gas stove, granite countertops, and crystal chandeliers. There's also a wet bar and two dishwashers and the dining room seats eight amid paintings and satin curtains.
An expansive and inviting family room boasts leather seating, a Persian rug, a four-seat striped dinette set, and a TV. There's a half bath down the hall, too.
A large patio is great for outdoor dining and you'll find a pergola, a lily pad pond, trellises, a statue, and plentiful grass as well.
There are five bedrooms here. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, a plush couch, beautiful chairs, and vaulted ceilings. The en suite bathroom has a beautifully tiled standalone shower, a clawfoot tub, goddess statues, a bidet, and a walk-in closet.
Upstairs are four more bedrooms. One has a king bed, a white chair, and a window seat. Another has a king bed and blue dresser. A fourth bedroom has two queen beds, two chairs, and a skylight. The last bedroom has two queen beds and a leather sofa. There are also two more full baths.
You also get a washer/dryer, Adirondack chairs, a Blu-ray player, cable, free WiFi, and a gas grill.
Home to former George H.W. Bush, Kennebunkport is a charming seaside town with history as well as great restaurants and ships. The ocean is right at your doorstep, offering many spots to enjoy the sand and water.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great house to stay in for a larger family or group gathering . Has a nice large open kitchen and living room space to entertain and the beds are very comfortable . The house is immaculately clean .
The house was perfect for our group! It's extravagant, but cozy at the same time. There is plenty of sitting and gathering space, the fire pit out back was our favorite spot. Location of the house is perfect, it's a quick drive into town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Spent a wedding weekend in Kennebunkport at this house and loved every aspect of the experience. Great location, wonderful home, beautiful appointments, and really comfortable amenities that made it great for catching up with family. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
The kitchen was made for entertaining! With plenty of room for people inside or out if the weather is nice, which it was for us! We had a wonderful time and were very grateful to find a place big enough so the family could all be together! Loved it!
We were in Kennebunkport for a friends wedding over the Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed staying the this beautiful home and loved the furnishings! The location was perfect and it was so nice to be in such a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed eating at many of the local restaurants i.e. Mabel's Lobster Claw (best lobster rolls), Alisson's for Lobster bisque and lobster rolls. We would definitely come back and stay in this property! Thank you for a great stay.
