Perfect weekend getaway

The house was well stocked with all dishes and cookware you could want. Beautifully decorated and very cozy! Salida made for a wonderful weekend trip from Denver and staying here was great.

Great place to stay in Salida. It is less than 1/2 mile from all the restaurants, shops and the river. The property is great-comfortable and clean with everything you need. We even had a daily visitor that took his afternoon nap in the side yard - a beautiful deer!

The house was perfect for us. We have stayed in the area many many times and this is our first time staying in town. 10 minute walk to everything. Would not hesitate to book again. House was clean, well stocked, and personable.

Nice property and great setup

Nina’s Place was a great setup for a family of four like ours, and it basically had all the things we needed. We loved it being so close the park, library, grocery store and restaurants.

Perfect Home in Salida

Wonderful place!

5 stars all around. Excellent location, accuracy of photos, cleanliness, check in and out, and the little touches of Salida (art work, books, etc.) were a treat. Very comfortable beds with rooms that offer black out shades (if needed). Awesome yard. Look forward to returning.

Nice place

A very nice home, very clean, well stocked and everything went smoothly. No need for communication with property managers, which is a good thing. I’d happily stay here again.

Nice Getaway

The home has nice interior features, remodeled kitchen, baths, rooms. We wanted to be close to downtown for this trip. We walked to shops/restaurants during the day, but at night, it felt better to drive. Spent several hours in the back yard patio area reading, having drinks & watching the deer eat in the yard.

Perfect in all ways.

This house is spotless, close to town, new dishes and silverware, etc., great flat screen tv. Front porch is perfect for visits from the neighborhood cat that we fell in love with. We will be back next year.
