Great place close to town!

This spot was great. It was clean, had everything you needed, and was so convenient to town. Even though it’s on a major road, it was quiet and cozy. We hope to visit again!

Close to town/mountain great views

Great location only a few minutes from town and the slopes. Great views from the porch and living room. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place easy access

Loved place. Close to town and mountain bike trails. Good internet. Enjoyed playing music on Alexa and AirPlaying videos and pictures on Tv. Grill cooked steak to perfect char in 3 minutes each side. Only downside was traffic noise at night with windows open.

Great views out of all the windows. Steep stairs to the loft a bit difficult for 70 yr. olds. Really quite comfortable and a nice place to stay.

What a view!!!

This property is exactly as described with spectacular views of Crested Butte Mtn! The owner/host Chad is just great and always on top of everything! We have and will be staying as often as we can at this property!

Stay at Overlook 2

Decent place to stay and very dog friendly. The road noise is really only an issue outside and the walls inside seem well insulated so we never really heard the neighbors. The kitchen could use some basic supplies that are missing. Chad was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great Space and Beautiful View!

Chad's property is absolutely wonderful. From the cleanliness of the space you stay in to the incredible views....everything is amazing! This is the second time we have stayed and love it! Highly recommend!

Amazing views!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The home is very close to the town and has amazing views. The house has everything you need and Chad was very easy to work and communicate with. We also appreciated all of his suggestions for things to do, places to eat etc.

Clean, comfortable, convenient home with a truly spectacular view.

This home is clean and comfortable, located just south of town. The view is simply spectacular. Communications with the homeowner were easy and so informative prior to check-in that we never needed to bother him once we arrived - everything was as it was described in advance. The only drawback is the proximity to the highway which obviously means the sound of traffic - but we rented the property well aware of this, were prepared for it, and honestly got used to it.

Beautiful View

We spent 4 nights at the property in June. Everything was laid out and stocked very well. The owner was very accessible and helpful to us when we had questions. Only negative was the road noise.

Stunning mountain views on both sides of the home

Incredible unobstructed views of the mountains out the front & back windows. Convenient location just outside of town, which we prefer for the peace, quiet & relative solitude. Additional benefit is that there are no parking issues, which we have had when staying in town in the past. Easy access to the walking/ bike path just below the property which led into town. Comfortable living space with oversized master bedroom and open floor plan. Generously stocked kitchen and restroom. Seemed to be remodeled and overall in great condition. Chad, the owner, provided a helpful extensive guide of the area ranging from where to eat and his favorite spots to visit in the area. We went to the local health food grocery store and prepared all meals in the house + visited our favorite annual recreation spots during the autumn leaves - but it was useful to know from a local that we were hitting many of the same spots that he considers to be the best. We experienced a hiccup at check-in, which the owner Chad quickly resolved with professionalism & integrity. He was very communicative via phone and text, making certain that the issue was corrected asap and that we were happy with the solution- which was greatly appreciated and made our one week stay a pleasure. Highly recommend as a rental.

The views are unique in that you can't see Whetstone from town and that is my favorite mountain. And the short term rental tax at my place is 8.9% verse 22.9% in town or in Mt Crested Butte.
