Located only a 12 minute walk to the base area the location is fantastic regardless of the season.  Skiing in the winter or hiking and biking in the summer, the rec path is just about 400 feet from the front door and connects you up to Gothic or all the way down to the town of CB! 

This property is located just below Whetstone Chalet and they can be combined to create a 5 bedroom property if those pesky family members want to join you in paradise! 

Step inside this cozy property and relax.  The main room consists of a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and great cabinetry. It is open to the living are with large flat panel TV and modern gas fireplace.  If you need to check in with the real world there is a desk in the corner should you need to do some work while you are here. Sink back into the comfy leather sofa and watch a movie or step outside and soak your cares away in the oversized hot tub with mountain views.  

When it's time for bed you can choose one of the comfy queen beds which occupy both bedrooms.  They share a full bath which has a great shower with an oversized rain head. Grab a great night's sleep and rest up for tomorrow's adventures here in Colorado's Last Great Ski Town!

This property is also serviced by the new First Tracks free shuttle system. Click on the QR code in your welcome app and request a ride to the base area where you can ski or catch a shuttle down to town for shopping and dining. They come right to the property and it's FREE!
