Growing up in the mid-west, I eventually moved east to North Carolina where my children were born. My early exposure to the Blue Ridge Mountains and my love for cycling eventually drew me to Asheville. The artistic diversity of the community reawakened my interest in architecture and fed a desire to contribute to Asheville's thriving downtown.

Why Sarah, reservationist chose Downtown
After a prolonged search for a downtown property to develop, I had the good fortune to acquire 59 Broadway, an unused warehouse for the previous ten years, in remarkably sound condition and with a good soul. The building was a clean canvas on which to create and provided an opportunity to favorably impact the neighborhood in which it was located. After a year of planning, a project incorporating the interplay of nature, urban, and personal environments, was begun. Completed in December of 2015, The Sinclair was designed and built for generations to come.
What makes this Apartment unique
The Sinclair was built with attention to space, lighting, quality, and simplicity. Twelve foot ceilings, original hardwood flooring, simple layout, and uncluttered space help convey a deep feeling of comfort. Unlike any other historic building in downtown, there are windows all along the northern wall providing an abundance of natural light to the interior space of the residences further enhancing the unique ambiance. Furnishings, although simple, are complete and of high quality including the art on the walls and accessories throughout. Full length window seats allow you to engage the urban environment just outside the window but in the quiet and comfort of the interior accommodations. Entertain in comfort enjoying the structural acoustical integrity enhanced by a quality sound system. Sleep in comfort on a Sealy Posturepedic cushion mattress.

The Sinclair provides one designated private parking space in the building's garage. PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL VEHICLES, MESSAGE IF UNSURE.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

This is the second time we’ve been to the Sinclair properties and love them. This one was 202 which we liked better than 201 because it was quieter at night.

Paradise found at The Sinclair in condo 202........
This unit was spectacular! Super clean, the best downtown location and it includes a parking space in an attached garage! This condo has an open floor plan with lots of natural light and has comfortable and contemporary furnishings. Beautifully appointed! The kitchen has all high end appliances and is fully equipped. What I loved about this unit is it in the back of the building, so it is quiet and more private than most downtown locations. Truly peaceful. The owner/manager is
very accommodating and communication is excellent. I would definitely stay here again!! Truly paradise in an urban setting!

Clean, modern, great location
Comfortable bed, excellent location. Everyone had a great time at the property. Parking space is tight, but owners make that clear.

The place was a perfect place to stay a few nights in downtown Asheville. Within walking distance of restaurants, stores and The Orange Peel.

Great location and awesome apartment
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a great stay.
This has to be one of the nicest places I've stayed on VRBO. It's an awesome modern apartment in an old historic building. The king bed was so comfortable and the sheets were amazingly soft. I actually looked at the tag to buy a set for our bed at home. It was so great having a garage and not having to pay to park. Having a key fob made it easy to come and go as well.
The location was great. It was a short walk to everything and had many places to eat and drink within a 5 min walk. We walked down to all the breweries on Saturday. The only time we took our car out was when we went to Biltmore on Friday.
