The Kailua Cottage was exactly as described. Located blocks from the beach with a ton of amenities. It felt like a home away from home. My favorite part was morning coffee on the patio. Christine and Steven were top notch hosts. Both helpful and responsive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend for a vacation stay or a longer stay for a military PCS.

Great location, easy access to the beach and walking to local shops and places to dine, take out food and grocery stores. Quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of room, and having the rental pet friendly with a fenced in yard, and safe area for the dog was definitely wonderful! thank-you!

What a wonderful property. Located steps away from the beach with a full size pool. Very private and near local restaurants. It was a perfect setting for visiting our daughter and son in law and three grandchildren located on MCBH. They loved the beach and pool. Only 10minutes away. Well worth the cost.

Came to visit family on the Windward side of Oahu. Quiet, clean and newly remodeled townhouse. Master bedroom has a view of the ocean. Thomas’s place is comfortable and very well stocked and appointed. Great location! Close to shopping and the beach! Thomas was great to work with, quick to communicate and very accommodating. He was even able to work with us to extend our stay a little so we could help my Dad who is receiving cancer treatment here. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and hassle of Waikiki and Honolulu, and retreat to the more laid back Windward side lifestyle.

The cottage is adorable, very well appointed and 500 steps to the beach! Host lives on adjacent property and is very easy to communicate with. Any needs we had were immediately addressed and accommodated. My husband and I were visiting family in Kailua and had them visit with us on occasion which host had no problem with. We would recommend this property and will be back.

Everyone loved the property with it’s separate cottage and main house, good size yard and patio, and even had a sitting deck out by the beach that didn’t require you to get sand on your feet to enjoy. All in all we would give this property a 9.9. The only thing that could make this property better is a pool, but with the ocean right out front who needs a pool. The property management team was top notch to work with and prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time and will definitely be returning.
