Great location and just the right size for my wife and me. Centrally located. Loved the outside porch, covered porch, and fireplace. Will definitely book this rental again.

A roomy villa with a terrific view, comfy bed and a well- equipped kitchen. The garage for indoor parking was a plus. Property Managers Sally & Jerry Mass were extremely responsive to our questions and addressed any concerns in quick order!

Mountain trip to Franklin NC

We came to Franklin for a weeks stay and chose this location for proximity to local attractions. Condo decor was nice, amenities simple but adequate.

We have stayed here before and love the condo, the view and ease of getting up the mountain. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Our only wish is that it could be rented as a 2 bedroom . Our traveling friends would love it

Mountain View and Golf

This was our second stay in this unit and we plan to return next year. Unit is comfortable, clean, homey. Everything was in working order. The view is exceptional, and the location, close to the golf course, is wonderful. Highly recommended for a couple.

The property was clean and beautiful. We arrived late and the check in process after 9pm is rather unacceptable. We were told to be patient and we would be rewarded for waiting at the gate for another resident to hopefully arrive and open it for us. Our other option was to get a motel per the property manager. However, there weren’t any motels in the area. We waited for 40 minutes and finally one of us walked through the property about a half mile in the dark to get the key for the gate. We unfortunately got caught in construction on our drive in and couldn’t arrive before 9. There should be an alternate solution. As for the home, it’s lovely and has everything you need. The pillows need replaced (they are all flat and old) and some more comfortable furniture would be nice but what is there works.

Only one tiny thing I would improve if the host. Shampoo the kitchen area rug or remove it. The setting was nicely clean otherwise.

Great view!

Great place, great view, convenient location to town. Check in instructions were ambiguous as were departure guidelines. ( Having to dispose of trash, 5 miles round trip was a first!) But would stay there again!

Beautiful Home & Property

We enjoyed the house and our stay. Everything was perfectly clean and in good working order. We had all that we needed- privacy, great views, wonderful bed, and it all felt like home away from home. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Beautiful Mountain Get away!

Easy access and property was just as beautiful as pictures online. We especially enjoyed the sunrise over the mountains each morning and watching the deer run in the woods below the deck each evening.

Perfect mountain retreat

A lovely, peaceful, nicely decorated mountain vacation rental. The views from the sun porch and deck were beautiful. Minutes to the town of Franklin where there are cute shops and restaurants. The property manager was responsive and helpful. This unit is one side of a duplex, but feels like a single dwellling. I would love to stay there again!

Relaxing Getaway

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Exactly as described and as it looked in the pictures. Better in person. The view is beautiful and serene. Superbly clean and organized. Attention to details. Decor is just perfect. Not too much not too little. The sun room is where we spent all our time. It's just great! Location is wonderful. Hiking and waterfalls close by. Will love to be a return guest. Great property!

Beautiful place to rock on the porch

I found a spotless, comfortable villa with all of the amenities you could want. The view from the deck was lovely, and the rockers on the porch proved my favorite spot. The location is not too far from town and nicely located for access to a variety of activities in Western North Carolina. I wish I had the time to enjoy the golf course and many of the other summer attractions.

Nice....But.....

The property was clean and neat. I would suggest to the owners that they invest in higher quality towels, a few premium channels for the TV, some higher quality silverware, more plates, glasses and some staples in the kitchen which are non perishable and can be used by the renters ( ie. olive oil, vegetable oil, plastic wrap, a few spices, etc). These suggested additions would have made our stay significently more enjoyable.

TV Trouble

I was told that the caption problem on the tv I experienced on a previous visit had been corrected. It was not and I had to look at captions my entire two week stay. Extremely disappointed!!!

What an amazing house with stunning views and such sweet owners!

What a stunning view this house has. The photos just don’t do it justice! The kitchen had all the comforts of home, the grill was easy to use too! We had a slight hiccup with the air conditioner and Jerry was so nice to come out and take care of us. Jerry and Sally also ran into us at dinner one night (gracious plates, check them out) and was so nice to give us ideas for plans for the evening! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts they were incredibly sweet and kind people!

Peaceful View

My husband and I love the Western Carolina Mountains. We decided to make a last minute trip to look at some property in Mill Creek. We were fortunate to find this home and hoped it would give us a feel for the area. We loved it. Unfortunately the house hunt didn’t work out but we definitely will come back here . The place is lovely, everything that we needed. The porch and views are spectacular. The drive up was very easy. The golf course looked well maintained . We will be back.

What a View!

Beautiful property with a wonderful view. Really like the kitchen and the layout of it, overlooking the great room. Well-appointed kitchen had all the items needed to cook a good meal. Nice comfy bed. A big bonus was the glassed in sunroom. And again, what a view!
