This fully furnished nearly new home has a couch and 2 recliners in the spacious living room. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other has a full-sized bed. Beautiful front porch to enjoy the sunset. 2 bicycles included for activities! 2 kayaks included for great fun on lake Michigan or the smooth winding waters of the St.Joseph river.

Great Location and Great Property

My family of 5 stayed here a month this summer and we can't wait to come back again next year! The location is within walking distance to Jean Klock beach and you can bike to downtown St. Joseph. Home is clean and owners are quick to reply and answer any questions you have. Plenty of places to visit within driving distance (we stayed here a month and still didn't get to visit everywhere we wanted). Experience Lake Michigan's beaches from this well maintained property!

This home was built in 2007 and it is a great place to live near all the beaches.

What makes this property unique

You will love it here, because of all the joggers and bicycles passing by. All the great events are here. The huge Ironman triatholon is every year, as well as the huge PGA golf tournament just down the street.
