Thank you so much for staying and for your feedback as I take so much pride in this property. I’m glad you enjoyed the place, the cleanliness, and our communication during your time there. When you arrived the water had temporarily stopped because I, myself, had forgotten to turn off the outdoor hose a few hours before you arrived, and that shut down the pump by design. Once we identified the cause together, I thank you for fixing the issue in the crawl. Just know In five plus years of hosting I haven’t had any guests report fluctuating water temperature or pressure, but I appreciate you mentioning it and I will certainly double-check everything just in case. Moving right along - the downstairs towel rack was damaged by a prior guest and it just hadn't been repaired yet - but there is a towel area located beside it so no one needs to worry moving forward. Also, the home uses Alexa so all my guests can adjust the ambient lighting and choose their own colors throughout the house, which goes so far in helping everyone create their own version of romance. But, we all know Alexa is Alexa - she can be annoying at times. So I apologize on behalf of Amazon :) Thanks again for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback.
