The house is perched above a quarter mile of cascading falls, lit at night, with 38 windows and skylights flooding the inside with natural light by day. Handcrafted furniture, a leather sofa, deluxe hot tub, hi-speed wifi, premium cable, 10-speaker Sonos, color-changing lights, a swinging daybed, two fire pits, a private mile of hiking trails at multiple elevations overlooking the falls, and free Level 2 EV charging.

I spent 20 years in New York City running my own legal recruiting firm before relocating to Western North Carolina. Since buying this property in 2019, I've spent most of my time reshaping the land by hand — no machinery, just a shovel, a weed whacker, and a couple of chainsaws. New projects happen every year.

There are no visible neighbors front, back, or to either side, so privacy is real here, not a marketing line. The sound of falling water carries from wherever you're sitting on the property. At night, the creek lights up from top to bottom.
