Fantastic location near the harbor. Beautifully updated home. High end open kitchen. Big comfy living space to hang out and watch TV. Sweet second floor deck to catch those afternoon rays! Maria was super responsive and communicated regularly throughout. Perfect spot for our family! We had a fun and relaxing time!

Great house! Had a amazing time!

The house was perfect for our group, close to everything, had everything you would need, and Maria was a pleasure to work with! She made everything very simple and always checked in to make sure we were ok. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation!

Family Weekend

We just stayed in the house for a long weekend with our three grown children and their families. We had a wonderful weekend. The house was clean and well stocked with just about anything we needed. There was plenty of room - both indoors and outdoors. Swing set was a nice plus for our grandchildren. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would highly recommend anyone to stay in this home.

Stayed with 10 of my friends. House was perfect size for the group. Very conveniently located near the beach and all of the fun Montauk bars!

We had an amazing time and Maria was very easy to work with.

We stayed at Maria’s with a very large group. The house was perfect. The outdoor deck space was amazing. Maria was the best to deal with and she was very responsive anytime we needed something. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re traveling with a large group or multi family.

Overall great experience

Maria was a great host, very responsive during our stay. The house is perfect for a larger group (we had 12 total guys and gals both). Very secluded but also a short drive/cab ride away from all the places in town and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a fun weekend getaway

Maria was an outstanding host. The house was absolutely beautiful and we had the best weekend with a few couples celebrating a birthday. The house was a great location and a perfect property for grilling/enjoying summer. Only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend staying with Maria!

Amazing stay!

I organized a trip for a large group of girls for a special getaway weekend. Maria was a pleasure to work with and so very accommodating! Booking was easy and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The house is even nicer in person then the photographs. It is beautifully renovated, spacious, and clean. The decks are a fun place to hang out as well as the large kitchen and living room. There are plenty of beds and stocked full of everything you or your guests will need. You can't beat the location! Everyone loved it...I can't wait to book again!!

Amazing!

I just returned from a Bachelorette Party in Montauk. The house was huge and very easily accommodated our group. Maria was extremely easy to work with and responded to text messages promptly and thoroughly. The house was spotless and well maintained. Great location as well - we did the 2 mile walk into town a few times and were able to walk to Star Island which is less than a mile away. The multiple decks are perfect for sunbathing and eating meals. The driveway has plenty of space for parking. Could not recommend the house enough! I will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

I cannot say enough good things about the house or the owner, Maria. Maria was extremely responsive and accommodating from the first time I inquired about booking and throughout our stay. We had 10 girls in total on our trip and the house was perfect for our group. It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was a great size and it included anything we could possibly need for cooking, etc. The bathrooms were so gorgeous. My favorite part about the house was all the great deck space. It was in a great location for us and close to all the places in Montauk that we wanted to see. It was a perfect weekend and we are already planning to go back and stay again next summer!

Comfort and Sunshine

I recently stayed at this property during Memorial Day weekend. The house was large enough to accomodate many of my friends and family members. I am used to listening to my family members complain about almost everything, to my surprise, I did not hear any complaints upon arrival to this home. The way the home is described online, is the way you receive the home when you arrive. The bathrooms are amazing. The home owner was easy to work with, providing prompt support and clear explanations. It is almost as if the homeowner thought of everything that you may or may not need. For example, the home included a steamer, which is exactly what I need to prepare my delicate clothing before stepping out into public. The house featured two barbecues, how convenient. In addition, this house has a modern design with the unique ability to allow people to gather as a group while at the same time offering areas for privacy (if that is something you are looking for). What a pleasure it was staying on this property, if the situation were to ever present itself again I would without hesitation stay here for a second time.

Perfect Weekend Away

We just had a great girls weekend at this home. It was spacious, enough room for all of us where we weren't on top of each other, and in a perfect location in Montauk! Maria was so great with communicating and helping out whenever needed. I was amazed how much deck space there was all around the house as well. It was such a great weekend thanks so Maria and her home. Would definitely recommend the house and especially the location!

Great Weekend Getaway

I stayed in this house for a girls getaway weekend with 9 other girls the last weekend in May 2015. We had such a great time! The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for us! It was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect because it was close to so many restaurants and bars. Maria was easy to work and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely rent this house again and I would also recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Montauk. We had a great experience!

Amazing house!

This place is magical: beautiful garden as well as 2 amazing decks furnished with all sorts of great outdoor furniture and a massive BBQ! The inside of the house is even more amazing: 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very suitable for a large family! It has all the amenities that you can dream of and the owner is extremely attentive and always reachable. We loved our stay here and we will definitely rent it again.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend 2014

What a great memorial day weekend. First off, the pictures don't do the house justice. It is HUGE. Giant wrap-around deck and large windows throughout. Beach-themed decorations everywhere. Comfy and large beds. Lots of extra sheets and blankets, whatever you may need! We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked with any gadget needed to cook and BBQ. Maria was wonderful and accommodating and answered all of my questions. Cannot thank you enough!
