As you walk into your contemporary tropical escape you'll be greeted by an abundance of light. Lounge on the couch while you watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV and enjoy the central AC. Keep your clothes clean and fresh with the private washer/dryer.

Mix a quick topical cocktail and head out on to the 140-square-foot covered lanai to take in your partial ocean views. Snap a few pictures of the breeze blowing through the swaying palm trees and then send them to your friends back home when you connect to the WiFi.

Either fire up one of the communal gas grills to BBQ up a mouthwatering dish, or stay in and make use of the gourmet kitchen's premium Bosch appliances. Featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an open layout, you'll be able to bring your culinary masterpiece to life in no time! When it's time to retire, this single-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has room for up to four guests to come and relax. In the bedroom you'll be greeted by a soft king-size bed, a flatscreen HDTV, and direct access to the covered lanai. You can also open the queen-size sofabed in the living room. The bathroom is a spacious, spa-like room with both a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking bathtub.

Honua Kai charges a mandatory daily resort fee of $15 + GET tax. This fee allows use of resort amenities including the pools and hot tubs. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
*There is a $10 parking fee plus tax paid to the bell staff when using valet parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
