Offered first time in 17 years for vacation rental! Ground Floor Stunning Ocean View Remodeled/Furnished, 2/2 from the Best location in Building 10! Unobstructed views from the Living room, Master bedroom (spectacular) and kitchen. Air conditioning in all rooms. Beautifully appointed for a relaxing vacation. No parking lot vistas!. This unit has not been rented in 17 years. Across the street from Kam 3 Beach, its a breeze to get "Toes in the Sand". Extensive gym, extra large swimming pool, play some tennis & work up a sweat. The BBQ shaded area / with picnic tables just a short distance at the end of the building (1 condo away). Close assigned parking is included.
Enjoy the sunset from your patio or living room 365 days a year. Accommodates 4 guests very comfortably (while we can accommodate children our condo is not child proof, has expensive items that can be broken and has a walk out patio without a fence). PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CURRENT FUEL COSTS HAWAII ELECTRIC rates have increased 40% in the last few months. Because of this there will be a daily surcharge to cover this amount. It is included in your quote.

Our cancellation policy: Please see our written agreement. Given the world we all live in right now we attempt to be flexible to reasonable requests. Please ask us should you have specific concerns. Note that VRBO and Airbnb policies may be different than ours..so ask us.

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked!
Excellent location; the beach is right across the street with a lifeguard on duty. Beautifully maintained grounds. Very clean and well stocked condo, including laundry soap, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including food wrap and foil. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with one bed and the handyman resolved it quickly and I'm confident it won't be an issue in the future. Andre was a very responsive host. There were three beach chairs and we rented a fourth at the concierge at the pool. We also rented snorkeling gear there. This condo has an amazing view of the sunset over the ocean. The parking stall is close. There are nearby grills. Check the pantry before you head to the store, as previous visitors tend to leave some things behind. My only suggestion to the owners would be to add a small cooler for visitors to use when they go out for the day. We had an excellent time in Maui and this condo was a great place to relax after a busy day.

Lovely stay
This is a beautiful unit, that has been nicely updated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and there was plenty of equipment for beach use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc.) The property is absolutely beautiful and just steps from beautiful beaches. It was wonderful to be able to step out onto the lanai to enjoy morning coffee and explore the property!
