Brand new Modern Farmhouse 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom Silver Palms Retreat offers all the luxurious amenities needed for an extraordinary Exuma Vacation.
Heated pool, outdoor shower with privacy fence, expansive outdoor deck / entertainment area, including a beautiful elevated 300 square foot gazebo with dining area, gentle breezes blow through providing a most relaxing setting.
With our guests top of mind every effort has been made to offer an incredible Exuma experience they will never forget. Our home provides 3 spacious bedrooms including a Master with King bed and full en-suite with large 12 foot slider doors exiting directly to the pool deck and 2 additional bedrooms...one King and the other Queen room with a desk and printer for a quiet workspace. The full main bathroom offers a shower / tub.

The Living / Dining area offers a large 14 foot slider to the pool deck with large comfortable seating indoors and a full indoor entertainment area with a 60 inch SmartTV providing Netflix, Prime and over 100 TV channels to choose from. There are board games and puzzles provided. The round dining table can open up for dining for 8. under the chandelier. Two barstools are set at the island peninsula for appetizers and serving.

The modern farmhouse kitchen is beautifully designed for even the most discerning chefs, fully equipped with the latest SS appliances including, dishwasher, ice maker, water cooler, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and bar fridge. Many small appliances and utensils and baking supplies are provided for your culinary needs.

The 1,000 square foot outdoor entertainment area / pool deck/ gazebo with comfortable seating, outdoor dining table and chairs, 6 recliners, 6 Adirondack chair, table umbrellas, bar cart, barbecue area and outdoor private shower! Great family vacation

The house was wonderful, clean, great location to the beach, pool was beautiful and the house stocked with everything you need! My family really enjoyed the house and the area, great vacation!!

Our stay at Silver Palms Retreat

The property was beautiful and located just a short walk to Tropic of Cancer Beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of that area. They had so many amenities which made it easy to cook at the house. The beds were also very comfy cozy and it was quiet around the house at night so we slept like babies. Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend.

A very special part of the world

This is a beautiful, well maintained, terrifically appointed property that is a one minute walk from the most beautiful beach we have ever visited. Mark and Debbie are incredibly responsive and helpful, as was Judy, the property manager. The house has everything you could want, including a kitchen stocked with everything you could want for cooking and baking, very comfortable beds, ample towels, beach supplies, great outdoor space, and a fantastic heated pool. But as great as the house is, the location is even better. Tropic of Cancer beach is a special spot - soft white sand, almost no seaweed, and calm, unbelievably turquoise water. We had a tremendous time, and we were all sad to leave! Other folks have noted that the road to the house from the main road on the island is a little like a moonscape, and they were right - but if you take it slow it’s not too bad. We would recommend arriving to the house in daylight, though, as it can be hard to find at night if you don’t know the area!

If you want a beautiful quiet vacation this is it!

Spent time there with family (all adults). House was great and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need which was good as we cooked every night except one. Living area is a bit tight but it didn't really matter as we spent our time at the beach or outside in the pool or on the deck. Tropic of Cancer beach is amazing. Great little beach shack at the entrance. All good. We would definitely come again!

It's a fantastic property in Little Exuma, and I can't wait to return.

We came to Little Exuma to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday, and our experience at the Silver Palms was amazing. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, Judy, the house manager, was really helpful, and the property was everything we dreamed of and more. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!!!

Debbie and I first set foot on Exuma in January, 2015 and quickly fell in love with the island. We'd rented a great friend's property on Little Exuma and had heard about the turquoise colour of the ocean, the powder white sand, the people, the relaxed atmosphere, but being there to experience it first hand impacted us in ways we hadn't imagined, there was no turning back.
In 2017, we built our first home Silver Palms Villa a10 min walk away from this new property ...our sister property Silver Palms Retreat.

Why they chose this property

We love the fact that we are a one minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in The Bahamas and yet, just off the beach, we have a wonderful private location that is unique for the island with a 3 bed, 2 bath with a heated pool and large 1,000 square foot deck Oasis with plenty of seating for lounging, outdoor private shower, barbecue and 300 square foot elevated gazebo to dine and relax within looking over the aqua waters of the ocean!

One minute walk to Tropic of Cancer Beach. Heated pool, large outdoor entertainment area which includes an outdoor shower, barbecue and large elevated gazebo. Inside no detail has been left out, all appliances small and large, great kitchen for even the most discerning chef. Two full baths, including a master en-suite. The most comfortable furniture to relax in the living/entertainment area. The most comfortable beds, one Queen and two Kings in three bedrooms. Rollaway twin bed and pac and play/highchair for small children.
