Vacation Home BY THE FIREPLACE with sauna

Vacation Home “By the fireplace” is a lovely home, which offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and a living room with log fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet as well. There is a sleeper couch in the living room area, so additional sleeping spaces are available. Our home is great for both family stays and business trips, where you can find silence and fresh air within easy reach of the metropolis.

The sauna is located in a separate building on the premises. Visiting the sauna is paid for separately.

Free parking is available on site, reservation is not needed.

There is a charcoal grill for barbecuing outside.

Located in peaceful surroundings, it’s a great getaway from business of big city. Beautiful forest is a 2 minute walk from the house, the closest grocery shop “Euroopt” is located in 400 meters from the place, where you can find a health & beauty shop and a small cafe as well.

Nearest metro station “Uruchye” is 5 km away. It takes about 12 minutes to get there travelling by car or about 20 minutes, if going by bus. The bus stop is located nearby and is only a 10 minute walk away from the house. There is a return bus service no.306 that will easily get you to the metro. Additional information about bus route, schedule, and metro service can be provided upon arrival.

The Kolodischi estate has good access to main roads, and is convenient for tourists travelling from Moscow by car or arriving in Minsk at the National airport, which is a 25 min drive from our home.
Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

Since Belarus implemented a visa-free regime, foreign tourists don’t need to obtain an entry visa, if staying in the country for up to 30 days and when travelling by air. However, please check and confirm all the details with Belarusian embassy in your country to avoid any disappointment.
