Special planned activities and events include seasonal kid's programs and a 42-seat indoor surround sound theater featuring first run movies, as well as on-site free video rental that you can view in your private condominium. If golf is your pleasure, discounted green fees are available to our guests at the Kelly Plantation Golf Club. Simply visit our lobby to make arrangements with our friendly on-site managers.
Our Sterling Shores "Captiva" unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach retreat ideally located in the center of the building on the 9th floor. The views are incredible from the unit, perfect for dolphin watching. The unit is professionally decorated with a Floridian theme. The living areas are completely tiled with warm toned colors. The carpeted bedrooms are furnished with custom made comforters and draperies to ensure our guests a restful sleep.
In the master bathroom our guests will find an oversized whirlpool bath tub. Thick plush white towels are provided along with a "Gilchrist & Soames" amenity kit. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and the living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful coordinated glassware, plates, cooking and serving essentials. It will feel like you are at home preparing dinner for your family and friends.
