  We have been coming to Molokai for several years and this is one of the best condos we've rented. The price for car and condo make it a great deal. The place is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The view from the lanai is beautiful. It looks out onto the landscaped grounds, palm trees, and ocean beyond. We especially loved its corner location because of the open space on one side. The Murphy bed was comfortable and it was great to be able to fold it up, leaving more space during the day. Vickie was easy to work with. Highly recommended!

  Well equipped condo in a quiet part of Molokai. Lovely grounds and pool area overlooking ocean. Car came in handy as Kepuhi Beach is 20 miles from largest town on Molokai. Unit is clean and well maintained. Owners were very hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. If you are looking for a quiet stay in old Hawaii, this is the place.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Vickie's condo is the perfect little getaway! It has everything you need. Opening the doors to the lanai and getting the fresh ocean breezes all day is such a treat. We would happily stay here again and would happily recommend to anyone we know who is visiting Molokai!

  I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The condo and setting were lovely, and exactly as pictured. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a home away from home, and have their rental procedures perfected so everything went absolutely smoothly. Among my favorite things to do were taking quiet walks on the beach in the morning, where I was often the only one there. Same thing at sunset. At least in winter, the beach directly in front of the condo had rough surf and exposed rocks -- that and the lovely point to the south made for a beautiful view of waves meeting rocks. I could, and did, watch that for hours. Watching surfers on the beach to the right of the condo was also fun. I enjoyed the mule ride down to Kalaupapa, although I almost missed the opportunity by calling just a week ahead. Since I like swimming in very calm water rather than where there are waves, I went to the 20-mile beach on the east end for that (about an hour drive). The car was a terrific part of the package -- very convenient and gas mileage of about 37 mpg. Which was helpful because things like gas, the main grocery store, restaurants are about 20 miles away. I appreciated that the condo was away from the busy-ness of shops. The distance just required a different type of planning. Parts of the old hotel, an old golf pro shop, and snack shop are boarded up, which looks a little sad, but the condo area, pool, central lawn, BBQ area, etc. are very well maintained and up to date. I loved Moloka'i, loved the condo and car, and would definitely stay here again.

  We have been to Molokai now 5 times for vacation. Molokai has become our favorite vacation location. We needed to keep the costs low as I was between jobs. We did not want to skimp on the experience however. What we found was a condo that was peaceful and pleasant, nicely decorated and superbly equiped. The community hosts some of the best beaches in the state, an array of wildllife; nocturnal Axis deer that chirp and bark, wild turkeys, whales, and local cats. The pool deck is undoubtedly the best ocean view on the island. We did not have high expectations for a studio with a murphy bed, yet we found sleeping in the main room with everything open gave a 24/7 tropical experience. Waking up when the birds do....we loved that! The mattress was luxury and comfortable. Hiding the bed back in to the wall during the day gave a sense of openess and roominess perfect for 2 people. We thought maybe being back from the beach would take something away but we could still see and hear the water along with the wind in the palm trees, it brought the whole experience together. We BBQ'd almost every night, and the proximity to the new BBQ equipment was a clear plus. When we wanted to venture out of the community we had the convenience and safety of a 2012 Kai sedan. Excluded from the typical rental car taxes, this was an economic bonus for our stay. All in all a well thought out vacation rental, wonderfully equiped, exeptionaly clean, and nice folks to work with for setting up the whole process.

  Aloha, My wife and I are frequent visitors to Hawaii and users of VRBO. However this was our first trip to Molokai. This rental was a perfect home base for a fun adventure on Molokai. The rental is a converted condo that sits on a beautiful converted golf course / resort. The beaches nearby are some of the most scenic on the island. All of which are within walking distance of the rental. The grounds are beautiful and include a pool and public areas to watch the sun set. The car rental is a great option and will save you a little money and time at the airport. The main town and supplies are roughly 15-20 minutes away. The rental is equipped with anything you will need to cook or BBQ. The condo is priced very reasonably and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a making our first Molokai experience a great one! Emily and Dave

  The island of Molokai, Hawaii's bets kept secret. My wife and I have been to each Hawaiian island and without a doubt Molokai is a hidden pearl in the depths of the Pacific. As for our condo it was perfect! Everything we could need(except food/alcohol obviously) was provided for us. My wife and I would spend the evenings on the Lanai, sipping drinks, while I played ukulele. A short walk from the condo our several secluded beaches where you will be lucky to see more than 1 person on. During the afternoons you can actually watch the sun drop behind Honolulu and at night see millions of pin pricked "holes to heaven" as the subtle Jack Johnson song refers to. Away from the hustle and bustle of Maui, Oahu, and The "Big Island" and away from the towns this condo provides the perfect get away for ANYONE who is used to horns, sirens, and loud music.

  This was our first trip to Moloka'i...and we fall in love with! People is friendly, and welcome like in no other place we visited. The condo is beautiful, cozy and well mantained. The Brita in the fridge was a must!!! :) The location in Kaluakoi is really a must, and the view from the Lanai when we woke up worth the whole trip. Plus, Vickie is really a wonderful owner, with a touch of "Molokai'i" we never forget. Make a trip to Molokai'i and You'll fall in love too!

  This was our first trip to Molokai. We stayed 5 nights. The condo fully met our expectations as described on the site. We would seek to return to this condo should we ever have the opportunity to return. Molokai is definitely the place to be if you want a relaxing vacation and experience Hawaiian life as it was meant to be:) People of island very hospitable.
