  This is an absolutely beautiful cottage, very cute and very special. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is extremely well kept. The manager of the house was very accommodating of my extended stay. It was so wonderful to see the bay out of the front window and enjoy the bald eagles flying around. The short walk to the stores and restaurants is very convenient. My one and only complaint is that the cottage is right next to the road, so you hear traffic driving by and people jogging quite often. Bring ear plugs and it helps block out the noise.

  This was a peaceful, wonderful cottage. Comfortable and cozy. Everything you would need was provided. Lovely views, comfortable bed, relaxing tub. Getting into seattle for appointments was easy. Downtown Winslow close by.

  Outstanding location, communications, and just a quality stay on the island! The bed was amazingly comfortable, as were the linens and bathrobes. Every possible amenity is available, from WiFi to DVDs, books, fully stocked kitchen, and extra linens. It's a very private cottage with an amazing view. When we visit, we only choose to stay here.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  The cottage was cozy, quiet, and comfortable. The owner was so nice in allowing us to stay later in the day to accommodate our schedule. Being on the beach view was lovely.

  Liked that there was recycling, except did not see metal. Liked that there were green cleaning products. Lovely cottage and very confortable. I would recommend

  I can't say enough about our stay. It was our first year anniversary and we had the perfect setting. We were married in Maui last year and wanted to try and get a little cabin or cottage on the beach for our anniversary and this definitely did the trick...a beautiful day to top it off! We just loved being right on the beach an having access to the bbq grill and water toys (if needed). This was my first time on Bainbridge Island as well so the beach cottage just made the perfect stay. The cottage was adorable too! Thank you so much for letting us stay...it was awesome!

  The cottage was adorable. We did not have car but fared well with a very short walk to the cafe (great food) and along the beach. We rented a kayak and had great fun paddling along the coast. Great weather was also on our side! They are building more shops right across the street which will make this even more enjoyable as shopping is added.

  This was our first visit to Bainbridge Island and it was everything you could hope for. The Beach cottage has a special magic that will bring you back year after year. We met the nicest girls (2 doors down )Izzy and Max who were our private tour guides. They showed us all the beautiful shore creatures that live under the rocks and shells...who knew, being from the midwest. Walking to get home made breakfast treats from the bakery and fresh coffee from Tree Hause every morning will be missed. We can't wait to return for our next adventure at the Beach Cottage.

  This cottage has an old timey feel which is charming. The owner is a wonderful communicator, and it is less than five minutes walk to the gourmet bakery/grocery where you can get a morning croissant, and excellent gourmet, hand-made pastas and sauces for dinner, or see a show. Fort Ward is just down the road, and a wonderful little hike.
