Nice quiet would rent it again

Waterside and Coquina Key was amazing! The views from the patio every morning while watching dolphins and manatees was the best part. There are two pool areas which were really nice as well. The place was pretty clean and had everything we needed! Shirley was really responsive and helpful in getting us all set up for the trip and during our stay as well! You do have to sign a contract to stay in this VRBO and there were some other fees (HOA for the community and a pet fee for me) but everything was legit - it's just a secure community so they needed some additional information. I'd recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure! The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed stunning sunsets each night. Just a short trip to downtown St Pete too!

Elanit and David provide a home away from home that is clean, fun, fresh and has everything one needs, except your clothes and personal items. They are also very organized, really nice and attentive hosts from check-in to departure. My stay was very enjoyable and I recommend them totally. Mary

A ways from downtown but a very cool property. On the water with a great pool, bar and sports courts. Nice unit and Sabrina is very responsive.

Well stocked, comfortable beds and huge patio on the canal with a view of the small bay. Great place to meet new people and for our puppy to meet new friends. Enjoyed our stay.

The host is amazing and is a 10/10 for communication. This is a quiet and beautiful community. I love that they had a heated pool. It may swimming so enjoy. The property is beautiful! The waterside views are at every angle is the condo and breathtaking. Cleanliness and comfort 10/10!
