Tidewater is located on the peaceful west end of Panama City Beach near Pier Park and Dusty's. The property's amenities are second to none with two large outdoor pools and hot tubs, one heated indoor pool, fitness center, steam room, media center with free movie showings and more. We are a scenic 15 minute drive from the new Northwest Florida Beaches Intl Airport--code ECP.
Our condo sleeps up to six (6) people with king master bedroom suite, separate bunk room (NOT bunks in a hallway alcove like many units), queen sofa sleeper in the living room and second bathroom with shower. The living room and bedroom each have LCD flat panel HDTV's. There is in unit washer and dryer.
All you can see is water outside the huge 9 foot high by 12 foot wide floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the great room. Enjoy amazing sunsets from your private balcony with table, chairs and chaise lounge. Tidewater is located directly on the award winning gulf beach where you can walk for miles in either direction.
ONE FREE PREPAID BEACH SET-UP IS INCLUDED WITH ALL SEASONAL RENTALS BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND OCTOBER 31. THIS CONSISTS OF A DOUBLE PADDED CHAISE LOUNGE WITH UMBRELLA AND NORMALLY COSTS $35 PER DAY OR $150.00 PER WEEK!
Within convenient walking distance is the amazing new Pier Park lifestyle center which includes over 1 million square feet of shopping, 20+ restaurants, 16-screen movie theater and outdoor concerts including the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Enjoy a short drive along the Emerald Coast and explore the idyllic beach towns of Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Carillon Beach or take a day trip to historic Appalachicola.
Our condominium is professionally managed by Harry and Miriam Forster and their team at Four Star Condo Services. They have a reputation for maintaining meticulously clean units. All reservations and rental payments are made through them. Summer Saturday arrivals and departures can be hectic with elevator congestion. Consider arriving on another day if possible.

We have been visiting Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast for many years and finally purchased an investment property with the ulterior motive that our own visits to the area would increase in frequency--and thankfully they have!

What a great place to stay! Everything from the location being beach front to stores, grocery and attractions with WALKING DISTANCE. Everything in the condo is very nicely decorated and modern. Harry was easy to deal with and we will definetly stay there again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

This condo has to be the best in Tidewater. It is beautifully decorated, completely supplied and has a fantastic view. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked with everything including a blender. For a one bedroom, it is extremely spacious. The bunk 'room' is so much more appealing than the bunks made into the wall. One of the best features was the beach service. Just give them the unit number and pick your spot. This was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed on the Gulf and plan to do so again.

This is the 2nd time that we've stayed in this cozy condo directly overlooking the beach. In January, even on abnormally cold days for Florida, the sun shone brightly on our 12th floor balcony, and we could relax in warmth there, watching a beautiful sunset each evening, glass of wine in hand. Walks to Pier Park, fine restaurants, and movies on site offer entertainment, as well as exploring the pretty oceanside villages just west of Tidewater. The condo has a touch of sophistication with fine decor and artwork. My husband and I look forward to spending more vacation time there.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
