THE CONDO:
This spacious 3 bedroom. 2 bath, 2 story unit has incredible views out of every room and is a great location for year-round events and accessibility. The downstairs living/great-room is a fantastic gathering place for family and/or friends. It boasts a large open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The huge kitchen area is great for cooking and entertaining groups, too. Each bedroom has been designed to give the renters a wonderful feeling of privacy. Enjoy the over 700 sq. ft. of warm sunny decks as they invite you outside. Immerse yourself in the relaxation of your vacation while you listen to the easy flow of the San Miguel River and Cornet Creek. There is a swimming pool and hot-tub on-site, which are heated year-round. Hiking trails are right outside your door, too!

THE LOCATION:
Telluride, CO 81435 (S/W Corner of Pacific St. & Davis) Once you arrive to Telluride...you never have to drive your car! Town is approximately 1 mile x 1/3 mile in its entirety. The condo is located on the San Miguel River in the incredibly beautiful, Historic town of Telluride, CO You're just a few short blocks from Downtown, about 200 - 250 steps to Lift 7 (Coonskin) and the Gondola Station in either direction. Also, Town Park is the gathering place for many festivals in the summer season and is an easy walk of only 1/2 mile. Stroll along the quaint, Victorian homes or the River Trail, which is right out your door. There are 2 grocery stores within a few blocks, a liquor store and restaurants are just steps away. If you happen to be a person who may not enjoy walking or are impaired, there is a FREE shuttle, The Galloping Goose, which can pick you up at the corner of the complex every 20 - 30 min. and makes a full loop through town all day and into the wee hours of the night.

  • Just finished our first stay in Unit 100 (Sept. 5-9, 2009) and can't say enough good about it. We have stayed in other properties managed by Tom and Mindy and all are first rate. Unit 100 is no exception. The views from the condo are amazing whether sitting on the wrap around deck listening to the river or from inside the perfectly decorated condo. Nothing was held back in redecorating and furnishing the condo and everything is first rate. As always Tom and Mindy's signature "attention to detail" is evident throughout. It is also quiet and conviently located. While we had a vehicle we walked everwhere in town without trouble. In our opinion, after 8 trips to Telluride, Unit 100 is the best value in town when compared to other rentals of this caliber. We give it a ten out of ten.

  • Our family has stayed in this condo both summers and winters. If you are looking for a very comfortable condo, that takes a large group, and has an unbelievable location next to the San Miguel River, you have found it!! Park your car as won't need it till you leave; everything is within walking distance of town. The condo and wrap around deck will take a family or a reunion if you need to have more folks over. The hot tub (around 104) and the pool (around 84) will keep you feeling great after one of the close and convenient hikes, bikes, or skis. (You can hit chair 7 with a 7 iron shot). Newly remodeled, this place has EVERYTHING you will need. Tom and Mindy will take great care of you and your group. Ask them anything about Telluride and they will probably know the answer! Enjoy!!
