Maravilla is a 33.7 acre community of prime Destin gulf front property on Old Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, Florida. You will love the 2.5 acre private sugar white sand beach at Maravilla Resort. More amenities include: two luxurious swimming pools, whirlpool Jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and clubhouse with exercise room and equipment. BEACH SERVICE IS PROVIDED COMPLIMENTS OF THE OWNERS!!!!

RENTAL POLICIES: We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adult under the age of 25. A reservation/security deposit of $200 is required and due upon booking a reservation. Rate does not include $75 cleaning fee and $50 processing fee. FL tax is 11% No refund of rent for late arrival or early departure. Reservation/security deposit will be refunded by check within 14 days of departure providing there is no smoking, no pets, no damage or no theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are not accepted.
Spring break and summer season require weekly rentals. Off season requires 4 night minimum stay.
Cancellation policy: A $100 cancellation fee and $50 non-refundable processing fee, plus 11% FL tax will be required on all cancellations. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: if the reservation is not canceled within these time limts, then the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee, FL tax,and forfeiture of the reservation/security deposit will be required.
