This was our 6th time to Maderia Beach; however, the first time in this particular condo. This condo is exactly as described on the website. The view of the gulf from the balcony is simply AMAZING! We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Thanks again for another wonderful vacation! This was our third visit to your beautiful condo on Madeira Beach and the weather this year was incredible. We will definately be returning again next year Thanks Marg for all of your help...it was very much appreciated Ken and Teresa

My family and I stayed in this condo. The condo was clean and it has a very nice view of the beach. It is well equipped and a very close walk to the beach. The furniture is sufficient but old. The agent is very helpful and punctual. BE AWARE: This unit does not have 2 full baths as advertised, but only one and a half bath (two toilets and one shower). The owner/agent assured me that it would be corrected on this web site, but after almost 4 weeks this piece of mis information is still here.

This condo is not a close walk to the beach , it is DIRECTLY on the beach and most of our guests comment on how nicely the unit is furnished and equipped in comparison to other units not only in that building but in the Madeira Beach area. . As the agent for this unit, I am in constant contact with the owner, who takes great pride in providing clean and up to date accommodation for her guests , which I believe is a major factor in the high percentage of return guests to this unit. With respect to the bathroom facilities, the ad does not say 2 FULL bathrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one is a 2 piece (toilet and vanity) ensuite off the master bedroom that has direct access to the adjoining 4 piece bathroom (toilet, vanity , tub and shower). A detailed outline of the bathroom ammenities can be found in the description of the unit itself. It should be noted that in addition to an already discounted rate, the guest was given a 15% rebate for any inconvenience and a warm invitation for a return visit to any of the properties featured in our rental portfolio.
