Special attention was paid to comfortable bedding and linens.

The large, landscaped garden patio features a cozy out door dining area, Webber gas grill and comfortable lounge chairs. Large awnings provide cool shade in all patios.
We are just foot steps from our private beach with wonderful views to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Fungis, a small restaurant right on the water is a favorite for guests and locals.
Walk through the tropical gardens of our small community to our pool, which provides lounge chairs, tables and chairs in shaded areas and a kiddy pool.
Please note that the adjoining resort property is closed and is awaiting renovations from the new owner, Wyndham Resorts. Pineapple Village is not affected by the hotel closure. It is very private and quiet. Many of our guests return because they enjoy the quiet and privacy of Pineapple Village - and the value is great for a property so close to the beach.
Red Hook, home of many fishing boats, and the ferry port for trips to St. John and the British Virgin Islands, is home to many Restaurants and bars, and is only a 7 minute car drive away. Convenient shopping - super market and take outs - are also located in Red Hook.

had a wonderful stay in paradise. Visited: December 2007 Posted by ramona This was my first trip to the Virgin Islands. I was a woman traveling alone, so safety was very important to me, in addition to having access to all the pleasures of fun in the sun that I came to the island to enjoy. I had a wonderful stay at Blazing Villas. There was comforting privacy and security in the complex. I was steps away from the cozy beach nearby, and I loved the Fungi Restaurant which served fine local fares and was right on the local beach. Take a short walk to Coki Beach, and you are in Paradise. I enjoyed the pristine waters, great swimming and snorkeling, and spectacular view. It was also close to Coral World, which I found to be educational and entertaining. Add a Guavaberry Colada served right on the beach, and who could ask for anything more? My room in the villa was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the small fridge and microwave for snacks and a quick sandwich. The king sized bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. It might have been nice to have more amenities on the property, such as laundry and some casual meals. However, the nearby resort which was closed when I was there, was being renovated, and it will share such conviences with Blazing Villas when it is finished. The location of the villas close to Red Hook made it easy to get the public taxi and take the Ferry over to St. John - which I found to be amazingly beautiful. Marianne and Mark (the owners) were on the premises when I was here, although I know it is not always the case. They were great! I found them to be very personable, available and helpful. They organized the business end of my stay very well using the Internet, and sending me emails and brochures. I was a bit upset that the taxi driver who was sent to get me tried to charge me $30.00 for the ride from the airport instead of the $15.00 listed in the materials sent. However, Mark and Marianne were sympathetic to my complaint and promised to address this. So, this should not be an issue next time! This seems to be a family-friendly place too, as I saw families with kids arond the pool and on the grounds. The grounds were pleasant, clean and picturesque.
