Charming townhome located in the Historic Victorian District, one block from Main Street Breckenridge, just steps away from shopping and restaurants. Each unit has a washer/dryer. The townhomes were recently renovated with new furniture, carpets, tile floors, kitchen counter tops, flat screen TVs and new bedding.
French Ridge is a small, charming property with 24 units. Most are two story. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom and private bath, a stack able washer dryer, and a 2nd bedroom with a set of twin beds and own bath. Downstairs is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, living room, fireplace and entrance to your deck. There are 2 garden level, single story units should you have difficulty with stairs. One parking space per unit

Great location

The check in was so simple. My family came for a spring break ski trip and had a blast. The location was fantastic, we so close to everything including a small grocery store and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back and book here again.

Perfect location for walking around downtown

Adorable small condo/townhouse. Ideal location to park your car and just walk around, as it is one block from Main Street.. Flawlessly clean and maintained. Updated older unit, so be cautious of the narrow and steep steps to the upstairs. From now on, we will see if this unit is available when we come up to Breckenridge! A little hard to find the first time, so might want to improve the map.
