In 1992 3 friends bought this fully finished 4 bedroom walkout townhouse in a fantastic location,with access to 12 world class golf courses, 5 ski hills within 1 1/2 hours including Fernie, Kimberley, Kicking Horse (Golden) Panorama and the Fairmont ski hill located 8 minutes up the road and just minutes to the world famouse Fairmont Hot Springs. We have watched the sun go down with Lake Widermere in the distance more times than we can count. It is very relaxing and quiet here. Located in Fairmont Hot Springs and 3 minutes from the world famous hot pools and walking trails. If you are looking for quiet this is it. Thanks for viewing our property and come for a visit.
