  My husband and I rented this home for us to host some family traveling to Key Colony Beach for the week of our son's wedding. This beautiful home is absolutely accommodating, tastefully appointed and completely outfitted in all aspects. We did not lack for a single item. While there we hosted a cocktail party for the New England travelers to the wedding and were so extremely pleased with the space, floor plan, accommodating amenities and the setting. We watched the sunset every evening from the beautiful verandas which offered an unobstructed ocean view. Every bedroom is well thought out and the bedding is top notch. There is only one regret, we should have taken it for 2 weeks! We hope to enjoy this wonderful home again when we return to KCB with family. Kind thanks to the property manager for accommodating our family by allowing a mid week to mid week rental for us. The wedding was fantastic and this home played a key role in that!

  We enjoyed four weeks of lovely weather, delicious meals, and spending time with our children & extended family. We have been coming to KCB for ten years and staying at this home has been the MOST delightful...wonderful for large groups and private at the same time. We depart for Tennessee with fond memories...

  Great rental house and good location. Had 6 guys fishing and plenty of room to spread out and keep our stuff out of the way. Beds are great and house is well supplied. Leslie at American Caribbean was great to work with and made the process very easy and helped us rent the perfect house. Wish she could have arranged the weather for us too.

  This home was above and beyond what we had hoped for. We found the home in stopless condition, the kitchen was had every cooking need imaginable. This was a our first visit in the Keys and we did not know what to expect. After much searching online, we came across this home. Leslie, at American Caribbean Real Estate was so helpful! She spent a lot time on the phone with us, telling us all about the different Keys. We decided Key Colony Beach would fit us best, and were so right! We are happy to find this little gem of a plac and to find American Caribbean Real Estate. The home offered lots of outdoor living space and lots of pivacy. We are looking forward to another visit to this home!

  This home is top notch. We have stayed at this home three times over the last two years. We will never stay elsewhere. The home offers everything you will ever need. The beds are more comfortable than any we've ever slept in. The towels are plush, linens are high end. The home is very spacious and easy to spread out. The back of the home offers lots of privacy; the pool area is so relaxing. We walked to Sunset Park and Beach every night and enjoyed dinner at the local Key Colony restaurants that were walking distance from the home. The rental agent, Leslie, is the best we have worked with. She makes the check in process so easy. We love knowing that there is someone available close by in case we need anything. Key Colony is clean, quiet and beautiful! There is a small golf course and tennis courts on the island. We enjoy walking around the island and looking at all of the beautiful homes. The water is so blue you will feel like you are in the Caribbean. We are looking forward to our next stay!
