Windancer is a "low-rise" community perfectly situated on one of Destin's most beautiful beaches. Our eastern location off of Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and an abundance of activities. We are located approximately 1/8 mile South of the Silver Sands Factory Outlets, the Nation's Largest outlet center.

Our condominium features two (2) levels. The master bedroom, master bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area are located on the main level. The second level features the loft bedroom which overlooks the living area. The third bedroom is also located on the top level behind the loft bedroom. A second, full-sized bathroom is also located on the upstairs level.
The decor is bright, beachy, and reflects a casual Florida elegance. This is truly an exceptionally equipped condominium.
The Master Bedroom features Broyhill Furniture and the luxury of King-Sized Bedding, two nightstands, triple dresser, and closet. The master bathroom offers a shower, whirlpool tub combination and is also accessible from the hallway. Other amenites include cable television, alarm clock, telephone, and answering machine.
The Loft Bedroom also features the luxury of King-Sized Bedding, two nightstands, and dresser. Other amenities include cable television, alarm clock, and telephone.
The third bedroom accomodates two twin beds, one nightstand, dresser, Cable television, VCR, and alarm clock.
The living area is furnished with a Queen-Sized sleeper sofa, two leather/swivel recliners with ottomans, and entertainment center. The entertainment center houses the cable-connected 32" HDTV and DVR, Panasonic DVD player, Sony stereo system, assorted books, and games. Two sliding glass doors open from the living area to the balcony.
A BAR-HEIGHT fiberglass table and four comfortable chairs provide the perfect perch to enjoy the sounds and scenes of our Emerald coast - nothing to interrupt your view of the emerald green Gulf.
The kitchen has been fully-equipped with the needs of a chef in mind. Along with the standard items (coffee maker, can opener), a microwave, blender, crock pot, lobster pot, electric steamer, waffle maker, food processor plus more are provided for your culinary needs.
Dining can be arranged for four at our unique dining table filled with sand and shells. In addition there are four stools at the adjacent bar area.
Unlike some other properties at Windancer, our property features a FULL-SIZE stackable washer and dryer, quite a difference when time means everything on a vacation.
