" Our family of 9 had a reunion week at 6 31st Avenue on IOP the week before Easter. It was too chilly to swim in the ocean so we spent the days in the sunny heated pool. The house was perfect for adults and children alike - clean, spacious, bright and in a great location for enjoying IOP shops and access to the beach. The elevator was so helpful for baggage and groceries. We all had a wonderful time here and we highly recommend this rental house!!!

The house is BEAUTIFUL! It is well and very tastefully furnished. Lovely decorative touches in each room. Kitchen is a cook's kitchen...fantastic with important gadgets like coffee grinder, food processor. Nice amenities to get your started (soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee filters, dish soap...very helpful). The pool was so relaxing. The nicest house we've rented and we've rented more than a few!! And the view is wonderful. Our entire group of 10 loved it.

My family and I spent Christmas here this past year and had a great time! The house is beautiful- very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the easy access from the IOP Connector. We would have really enjoyed for the pool to be heated :(, but loved the house just the same!

This is a great house. Very large, sparkling clean, top of the line in everything! Ginger was great to work with to rent the propery! When you walk in and something is better than the photos, then you know you hit the jackpot! If you love to sit on the porch with ocean views, this is the house for you. Main floor has two queen bedrooms that share a bath, plus the huge master with large tv and its own private porch. Large master bath with whirlpool tub, huge shower and separate water closet. One floor up is the living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, queen bed room with its own bath. Covered porch with outside eating area and stairs to the top sun deck. Bottom floor has a den with pull out couches, tv, fax machine, separate small frig, twin bedroom and bath. Opens to heated pool, Small gas grill also located here, plus outside shower. Connects to two car garage. House has an elevator. Top of the line linens, toilet paper, soaps and some shampoo and conditioner provided which is a nice touch. Circular drive which will park three to four more vehicles. Block and a half walk to beach access. Quiet section of the beach going towards Wild Dunes once you exit off the connector. .. Wonderful home. .

The house was absolutely amazing! Very close tot he beach with a wonderful view. Extremely comfortable accomodations that everyone loved. Would definitely want to rent this house again as soon as possible!
