This is a first floor corner unit, with private stairs from the covered deck to the pool and beach!
There are hardwood flooring throughout with custom upgraded furnishings. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and it is ready for the gourmet cook, fully equipped with everything you need for eating in. The dining room will seat eight as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar.
There's satellite television with surround sound, DVD player and stereo tuner in the living room that offers plenty of seating space.
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and television with a separate satellite receiver. The master bedroom has ocean views, king size bed, a television with a DVD, large master bath with dual vanities, jetted garden tub and separate walk in shower.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Everything we could ever want or need was here...including the view. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Isle of Palms.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spoke to the owner before booking this condo and he said, "Trust me, you'll have a good time". He was absolutely right ( We didn't have just a good time, we had a GREAT time). The condo has a wonderful view of the beach. We had our coffee out on the deck in the morning and felt totally relaxed. The unit is wonderfully furnished (okay the hubby wanted a recliner but that's a guy thing, isn't it?) and is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed a couple of trips into Charleston to see some historical sights and toured the market district. We dined out at some local restaurants but also loved grilling out at the condo and enjoyed sitting out on the deck to have our meal. It was very nice to be able to walk from the deck right down to the beach. I'd highly recommend any of this owner's vacation rentals as he seems to take great pride in his units. This was a very relaxing vacation and we would love to visit again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
