Our condo can be your sweet home away from home while you are vacationing in beautiful Summit County, Colorado. Located in the historic town of Frisco, Colorado, it is only several minutes from four of Colorado’s major ski resort areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin.
Our condo is within walking distance to the Frisco Main Street, where you'll enjoy wonderful shopping and fine dining. Lake Dillon marina is just half mile away. The free county wide transportation and bike path are only one block from the condo.
Built in 1992, our condo has a modern layout and is in excellent condition. The main level has vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace (woods will be provided) and lots of windows. There is separate dining area that walks out to the private deck with a gas grill where you can catch a glimpse of majestic Mountain Royal. Our kitchen is fully-equipped to provide you an enjoyable cooking experience.
The Master Suite has a King-size bed, full bath, and a sitting area. The second bedroom has a daybed with pop-up trundle bed. There is a separate bath right down the hall. The third bedroom is a large private loft which has a Queen bed with its own shower. And if you are looking for more sleeping space, the living room also has Queen- and Full-size sofabeds. Please note that: Pets and Smoking are NOT allowed.
Our separate one car garage allows you to leave for the ski slopes without having to clear the snow from your car. It also provides a convenient space to store your equipment. There is a hot tub in the complex which is about 50 steps away.
In the Summer, we also have 2 adult bikes, 1 little kid's bike stored in the garage.
