Our condo can be your sweet home away from home while you are vacationing in beautiful Summit County, Colorado. Located in the historic town of Frisco, Colorado, it is only several minutes from four of Colorado’s major ski resort areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin.

Our condo is within walking distance to the Frisco Main Street, where you'll enjoy wonderful shopping and fine dining. Lake Dillon marina is just half mile away. The free county wide transportation and bike path are only one block from the condo.

Built in 1992, our condo has a modern layout and is in excellent condition. The main level has vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace (woods will be provided) and lots of windows. There is separate dining area that walks out to the private deck with a gas grill where you can catch a glimpse of majestic Mountain Royal. Our kitchen is fully-equipped to provide you an enjoyable cooking experience.

The Master Suite has a King-size bed, full bath, and a sitting area. The second bedroom has a daybed with pop-up trundle bed. There is a separate bath right down the hall. The third bedroom is a large private loft which has a Queen bed with its own shower. And if you are looking for more sleeping space, the living room also has Queen- and Full-size sofabeds. Please note that: Pets and Smoking are NOT allowed.

Our separate one car garage allows you to leave for the ski slopes without having to clear the snow from your car. It also provides a convenient space to store your equipment. There is a hot tub in the complex which is about 50 steps away.

In the Summer, we also have 2 adult bikes, 1 little kid's bike stored in the garage.

  • Our family stayed here recently and LOVED it! The condo is beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and convenient to Frisco's Main Street. It is exactly as described -- sunny, charming, peaceful, and a great place to stay. We will absolutely be back! The drive from the condo to the drop-off at Copper is less than 10 minutes. Breckenridge and Keystone are also short drives away -- yet it's great not having to worry about having a car since the shuttle stop is so close by. The reservation and arrangements for our stay were professionally and pleasantly handled. Thank you for helping make our vacation a wonderful experience! Bev and Sam

  • My family had a brilliant time out in Frisco over New Year at this lovely condo. It was everything promised and so much more. I travel frequently and appreciated the quality of the condo and the extra effort obviously taken to make it that way. Frisco is lovely... it was great being so close to Main Street.

  • The place was great! Very clean and had everything you need for a ski trip. I enjoyed the place, even though we didn't spend a lot of time there. I would have liked to take advantage of the fireplace, but we just were too wiped out every night after getting home from skiing and dinner. Great location, too.

  • This condo was absolutly the best. We live in Colorado and ski often. Once a year we take a family vacation where we stay in the mountains for a few days instead of driving home after skiing. We have rented condos all over the state in different resorts but this one was the nicest we have encountered. There is a homey feel to the place that makes it inviting and comfortable, not sterile like most rentals. There was plenty of room for all seven of us. The location makes it easy to get to some of the best skiing in the state in only a matter of minutes. Frisco is a beautiful little town and has everything you will need - food, movies, dining or shopping. The owners were pleasant people to deal with and they provided a well stocked and maintained condo for our vacation. Thanks for a great vacation, everyone is already planning a return trip next February.

  • This is one of the nicest properites we have rented in over 20 years of skiing. Great mountain views from the many large windows! The owners have obviously put a great deal of thought into making the unit as comfortable as possible ... from the pillows, blankets, linens, coat hangers, tv's, movies, books & games ... to the quality kitchen equipment & basic staples such as napkins, foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, salt & pepper and even olive oil & tea bags ... this is such a nice property! It is very convenient to the shuttle bus to Copper & Breckinridge. Frisco is a charming town. We enjoyed eating out (really good restaurants within walking distance), but since the condo was so pleasant, we also wanted to stay in and cook. We were able to get everything we needed at Safeway, right in town, near Discover Resorts. We would love to rent this property again!
