Emerald Isle (Unit 405)17 story Gulf Front high-rise. This unit is located on the 4th floor. Private balcony with direct Gulf View. 32" plasma LCD TV in each bedroom and a 32" TV in Living Room. This property rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the months of June, July and mid-August. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Pensacola beach and we would return . Our condo unit was very clean and nicely decorated. During our week stay we used the pools as well as relaxing on the beach. Easy to navigate around the area on foot or car. We met very nice people and felted welcomed!Did you find this review helpful? Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean upon our arrival. The condo is right off the elevator which is nice. The beds were very comfortable. It was very handy to have a washer/dryer on site and the towels provided were good quality. The patio furniture was very nice, too. The Wi-Fi didn't work, but I believe they are fixing that problem (wasn't fixed before we left). There were plenty of kitchen items for cooking and even storing our leftovers. Being on the 4th floor was perfect; we had a great view of the beach without the distraction of excessive pool area noise. I hope to come back one day.Did you find this review helpful? Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Our first visit in March so lots more people than February. Just wish we had been able to stay longer. Love seeing the dolphins. Close to Naval Museum a must see every year but missed the Blue Angels!!! Great food and a comfortable condo made for a great trip. We have found Pensacola Beach Properties very helpful in finding the right place for us. Thank you! We are back in the land of white snow and cold.Did you find this review helpful?
