Enjoy the world-class amenities of Wild Dunes Resort, just minutes from Historic Charleston, from our newly renovated home. While it is not oceanfront, it sits 2 houses back from oceanfront and has wonder views of our beautiful beach. It is right between the houses with clear views of the ocean. A boardwalk that runs beside the house takes you straight to the water’s edge with no more than a two- minute walk. This house sits right outside the back gate of Wild Dunes has comes with all Wild Dunes amenities. It is also very close to the Grand Pavilion - the very heart and soul of Wild Dunes Resort!

This beautifully decorated house has everything you could want in a vacation home. It has four bedrooms and features a large open floor plan for relaxing and entertaining in grand island style. This house has so much to offer that it would be easiest to just go point by point:
Kitchen - all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets with granite counter tops, additional eating area at the bar, plus a breakfast area, all the entertaining pieces you could ask for, top of the line cookware, and every cooking utensil we could think of for the most discerning chef.
Porch - a sitting area under a large spreading oak tree for plenty of cool shade, comfortable white wicker table and chairs, a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Living room - Large open design, fireplace, plasma large screen TV, lots of comfortable seating, and stunning ocean views.
Dining room - Table for six and opens to the living area.
Downstairs Sunroom - opens to the living area, lots and lots of natural light, pull out sofa sleeper, stereo, high- speed Internet, and again, ocean views.
Bunkroom - Full-size bed on bottom bunk, twin-size bed on top bunk, TV.
Master Suite - large (huge) master suite with king-size bed, large picture window with great ocean views, Flat screen 21 inch plasma TV, Large closets, large bath with garden tub and separate shower.
Upstairs Sunroom - located off the master suite, pull out sleeper sofa, large 26 inch TV, with built in cabinets, lots of natural light, expansive ocean views.
Guestroom one - Comfortable queen-size bed.
Guestroom two - Two queen-size beds, TV.
*All Bedrooms have 350 thread count cotton sateen sheets and each bed has two down and feather pillows per person per bed. All beds (except twin top bunk) have soft feather beds added with top of the line mattress pads on top. All of this on top of brand new high quality mattresses. Even our pull out sleeper sofas are by Lee Industries with comfortable mattresses! We want you to be as comfortable (or more so) than you are in your own bed at home.

If we have left out anything at all, we just can’t think of it!

Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. We also offer the Wild Dunes sportscard that will give you access to all of the amenities that Wild Dunes has to offer (tennis, fittness center, ect) Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool, island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone!   • My family (basically 4 adult couples, and one dog) rented this house for a week over Christmas 06. We were very happy with our stay. The house is very nicely appointed and is a great value for being so close to the beach. The beach was beautiful, our dog loved running on it and meeting other dogs (before 8 a.m.). Wild Dunes was very nice and convenient to Mount Pleasant and Charleston. Isle of Palms was much nicer and quieter than other islands in the area we visited. The home owners were very helpful and the house was very livable for a week of relaxation.

  • What a wonderful vacation! Our extended family spent a week at this beautiful house and didn't want to leave. The owner was very responsive to the minor problems we had with the house. Please note though, that there are only 3 bathrooms in the house.

  • We stayed at this beautiful newly decorated home in the beginning of February, 2006. What a wonderful time we had! The master bedroom ocean views were breathtaking and the walk to the beach through the path next to the house took two minutes. My five year old grandaughter loved searching for shells. An unexpected snow storm in the New York area gave us an additional three days there (how wonderful!). Next year we plan on returning.
