FITCH MOUNTAIN LOOKOUT is a fantastic 2000 square foot vacation home (holiday home for our international visitors) perched on the south side (the sunny side!) of Fitch Mountain in Healdsburg, California. Our home is available for overnight lodging of visitors to Healdsburg and the surrounding Dry Creek, Russian River, and Alexander Valley appellations. We are self-catering with a full kitchen and have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double-sized living room, a dining room, an office area, two decks. AND--we can accommodate up to 8 overnight guests. The house is very bright and open. All rooms have spectacular views over the Russian River and adjacent hills.
We are located in a beautiful rural neighborhood. We frequently see deer, eagles, and osprey from the decks. It's a short walk to the beach and swimming, and a short drive to the Healdsburg town square.

REGULAR RATES: $385/night, $1925/week (7 nights for the price of 5).
$95 cleaning fee. 9% tax. $500 refundable security deposit.
WINTER RATES: 15% discount (Applies Dec-Mar. Holidays/event weekends excluded.)
LAST MINUTE SPECIAL (Sun-Thu): $195/night. $65 cleaning fee. 9% tax.
Must be booked within 14 days of arrival.
2 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum on holidays/event weekends.
