"We went for a long weekend with another couple and our kids (two two-year-olds). There was plenty of space for the six of us (you could easily sleep 8-10 especially if traveling with family or close friends who wouldn't mind sharing rooms). The photos don't do the place justice. It is spacious yet cozy, sparkling clean and welcoming. We didn't have any issues at all! Great water pressure, everything worked without any problems, nice flatscreen TV with Direct TV, gas fireplace easy to operate. Grill on the deck for cooking out! The yard was great for the kids to run around in. We did smores on the fire pit each night we were there! The views were beautiful - the property is very private, you feel like you are alone on the top of a mountain. If you want to get out for some active, Bryson City and the adorable downtown area was <7 minute drive from the cabin. Beautiful hiking trails in the national park are 10 minutes away (there's a third of a mile easy hike to a waterfall that even the toddlers could handle on their own). The fall foliage was gorgeous. We will definitely be back."

"Our group of 4 couples enjoyed our stay very much. The house was just wonderful. Everything included in the kitchen was a big plus. There was enough room that everyone had enough privacy. Had fun playing games, puzzles and watching the Pope's visit all weekend. Football on Sunday was fun, had our own indoor tailgate party. Enjoyed sightseeing nearby in Waynesville, Asheville, Maggie Valley and Cherokee. Restaurant recommendations were right on. Only downer was the weather, rained all 4 days and had a lot of fog. Would definitely recommend this house."

"the location was great, the decor was charming and modern. The proximity to Cashiers, Glenville and highlands was amazing! We walked to dinner at the Orchard Inn each night. The location was spacious and we ended sipping our coffee on the front porch each am"

"This was our second stay at the cabin, and it was just as peaceful and relaxing as the first time. It had everything you could possibly need to cook with. We made dinner a few nights, but we dined out a lot, trying all the awesome restaurants in the area. You have to try the beans from Rib Country. My husband is working on his masters degree, so we loved that the cabin had WiFi. We have little ones, and the gem mining is always a blast. We found several waterfalls during our stay. Had some bears pass in front of us while on our way to one in the Sapphire area. We rented a pontoon boat from Shook's Marina in Murphy our last afternoon there. This week went by too quickly. We just couldn't take everything in. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!!"
