Bien equipado, con una capa de gran tamaño con muchas ventanas en un tranquilo vecindario boscoso en una calle sin salida pavimentada en Edgartown. Con una ubicación céntrica y conveniente para todo lo que la isla tiene para ofrecer. Una gran casa de familia! Cómoda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y área de estudio contigua. Cocina reluciente con encimeras de granito, cocina a gas y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. También en el primer piso hay un medio baño y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. El segundo piso tiene baño completo, dormitorio principal con pantalla plana, otro dormitorio con cama queen y una pantalla plana, y el cuarto dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Gran terraza privada a través de la barra deslizante de la cocina. Gran patio trasero con hierba exuberante y plantas perennes maduras y hierba alta playa. Everything was perfect!! From check in to check out, all was simple and straight forward. Communication with the owner was easy and the response time was great. The house was clean and had what we needed including beach chairs.

Great stay

We had a really nice time at this house. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing to know if you are staying there is that there are no food staples there (we bought and left salt and pepper). Otherwise worked really well and Paul was very easy to communicate with.

Summer Bliss

We were extremely happy with the home we stayed at. Some minor spiders lingering in the corners of the bedroom. Access to the property was seamless. The bathrooms were spotless as well as the kitchen. Very good pictures online depicted the layout of the home very well. Grounds were neat and clean, garbage was removed quickly after we placed it in the units. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Good and Bad News

The Good News: The house was decorated very nicely, was immaculately clean and well equipped. The property was nicely landscaped and the house had a lovely deck. The bad news. The listing was very misleading. It said it was air conditioned which we took to be central air but it only had room units in 3 of the bedrooms and one for the whole downstairs. The listing stated 2 and 1/2 baths but it only had 2. The 4th bedroom was very tiny, not really suitable for 2 adults, maybe 2 children! So between the missing 1/2 bath and the tiny 4th bedroom, no way could this house sleep 8 as claimed. Finally I want to warn anyone considering this house that it cannot be canceled. We discovered that the house was not centrally air-conditioned 6 days after making the deposit, which was September 2022 for a July rental. Unfortunately for us, the information concerning cancellations was on a drop down menu, we hadn't noticed. This information should not be hidden. It should be very visible since it is not standard for VRBO

Great House!!!

The house is amazing! It's very comfortable, inviting, and modern. The carbon monoxide alarm went off one night, and we had to call the fire department. The owner was very responsive and rectified the problem the next day. My group and I would stay here again. I highly recommend this house.

Quiet and Clean home in Edgartown!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's home in Edgartown. The house was very clean and a great central location between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Only a 10 minute ride to Vineyard Haven too! We spent most of our days at State Beach and relaxed in the evenings on the back deck or the comfortable living area.

Nice clean house with a fantastic yard

Very nice house with a killer yard. Played loads of frisbee and sat on the deck every morning watching bunnies and squirrels playing. Every night we chatted outside in the dark watching the fireflies and looked at the stars. Thank you for a peaceful vacation in your home.

Amazing Stay!

The home was beautiful and just as described. The beds were all so comfortable, which doesn't always happen when renting. Paul was very communicative with any questions we had regarding the home and check in. Its in a great location! Highly recommend for a getaway.

Spacious, convenient, clean and accurate

Beautiful property conveniently located to get to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. Set well off the main road with ample privacy and outdoor space. House was immaculate and larger than expected. Would absolutely recommend.

Relax and explore....

I have vacationed on the island for years and I always find something new to explore. This year my focus was on Chappy and areas up-island. The central location of the property provides many options. If you want privacy and some quite time this is the place for you. The property was "as advertised ." Many times properties are listed and photos are included but they are somewhat misleading. This was NOT the case here. The home was comfortable with many amenities.

Great location!

This house is in a great spot. It is a ten minute drive to downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and State Beach. It’s easy to get to South beach also. You can access 2 bike trails from the neighborhood and ride about 15 minutes to Morning Glory Farm or ride to West Tisbury in the other direction. The neighborhood is on a quiet wooded street. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures. It was clean and well maintained with a nice outdoor shower. We all enjoyed our stay!

Our group of six women celebrating our 65th was very pleased with our accommodations! Lovely decor, immaculately clean, very comfy beds and a large deck in a quiet area close to Edgartown. Would definitely rent again.

Nice getaway in Martha's Vineyard

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's Vineyard. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was on a quiet street in between Edgartown and Vineyard Haven. We were able to bike to Morning glory farm. We also had bus passes to get to all the cities on Martha's vineyard. A great trip and we would stay again. Thanks.

House outside of the action

This property was pretty stripped. No linens but in fine print it says to order! For just twin beds and 2 sets of towels it was $70 shocked. Tv was unable to get any local channels and you should provide instructions! Just got a message to try a channel 5 for ABC. Poor water pressure in both baths! No window covering in living room. Weird! Did not feel secure. Remote location! Lots a spiders too! Just my humble opinion

Fantastic October Stay

My husband, one year old, and I stayed at Paul's property at the beginning of October and we couldn't have been happier with our time at the house. As first time visitors of Martha's Vineyard we did not know what to expect, but we had such a wonderful time. The house is clean, comfortable, kid-friendly, and in close proximity to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven and it exceeded all expectations. Make sure to bring towels and linens, however there are duvet covers on all of the beds. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Terrific

The property was as clean as all the reviews suggested, Paul the owner made everything very seamless and easy. The location is convenient being central to a lot of the islands great shops and restaurants. The grill worked fantastic for the one night we did stay at the house.
